Andrew PetersMar 2, 2026

The Unrivaled championship game is set.

Top-seeded Phantom downed No. 6 Vinyl 83-75 in the first semifinal game and No. 2 Mist beat No. 5 Breeze 73-69 to move on to the final.

Phantom will now take on Breeze on Wednesday with the second-ever Unrivaled championship on the line.

It's hard not to like top-seeded Phantom heading into the championship game after the dominant season it has put together. The club went 11-3 during the regular season before downing a talented Vinyl squad in the semifinal on Monday.

To no one's surprise, Kelsey Plum has been one of the top players in Unrivaled this year, putting up 22.6 points and 5.0 assists per game. She had one of her best games of the season on Monday when she posted 31 points, six boards and five assists, hitting her sixth game-winner of the season.

Mist came into Monday's game as perhaps the favorite to move on, but it's hard to count out a team with young talent like Paige Bueckers, Rickea Jackson and Dominique Malonga.

A quick start from Breeze quickly proved that they were capable of an upset.

But the Breanna Stewart-led Mist didn't let the young squad end their season. Stewart posted 23 points, and Arike Ogunbowale added 21 to get the win and punch a ticket to the championship. Mist didn't lead until the final quarter after overcoming a 16-point deficit.

Mist has been right alongside Phantom as Unrivaled's best team this year and will now have the chance to take down the top seed in the championship game.

The storyline heading into Wednesday's final is two of the more veteran squads meeting, with Stewart and Plum being the two players to watch. The two stars have already met in the WNBA Finals, so it's only fitting that they'll face off once again in the Unrivaled title game.
