AEW Dynamite Blood & Guts 2025 Results, Winners, Live Grades, Reaction and Highlights
From the First Horizon Coliseum in the Greensboro, North Carolina, the November 12 edition of AEW Dynamite presented Blood and Guts.
All Elite Wrestling delivered two brutal cage matches where the best of the best collided to settle scores.
For the first time in company history, the women stepped into Blood and Guts. Jamie Hayter led the team of Kris Statlander, "Timeless" Toni Storm, Mina Shirakawa, Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron.
They faced Mercedes MonĂŠ, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir and The Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart and Skye Blue).
Meanwhile, The Conglomeration joined Darby Allin and Roderick Strong in hopes of putting an official end to The Death Riders inside Blood and Guts. Could they make the heel group quit again?
This show also featured a wild Falls Count Anywhere match between "Hangman" Adam Page and Powerhouse Hobbs. What would Hobbs do to soften up the AEW world champion ahead of his rematch with Samoa Joe?
This had all the makings of a special show, delivering history, gory violence and moments that could change the course of AEW.
Women's Blood and Guts
1 of 5Last Time in Action: Mercedes MonĂŠ alongside Athena lost to Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron (Dynamite, November 5); Megan Bayne defeated Mina Shirakawa (Dynamite, November 5); Jamie Hayter defeated Skye Blue and Thekla defeated Harley (Collision, November 8); Julia Hart and Blue defeated Hayter and Queen Aminatana (Dynamite, October 29); Kris Statlander defeated "Timeless" Toni Storm to retain the AEW Women's World Championship (WrestleDream, October 18).
Blood flowed early and often in this battle. While the two sides looked evenly matched throughout, the heels used their entry advantage well to wear out the faces.
The Triangle of Madness managed to escape the cage and pull out most of their competition. This left Mina and Storm overwhelmed in the ring, and The Timeless One quit to protect Mina.
This was an incredible match from start to finish. The pacing over 45 minutes never slacked, helped immensely by a unique arsenal of weapons from each wrestler.
Blood and Guts has always had the issue of going too long, but this went exactly as long as it needed, ending with a perfect emotional climax.
It is hard to imagine what AEW had planned for the ending before Mina was inserted into the action, but Storm submitting to protect the "love of her life" made so much sense and made the heels look like masterminds.
While everyone had their time, this was a real showcase for Shafir once she arrived late. While the least experienced competitor, she always looked poised and sold herself as the most dangerous woman in the ring.
The Triangle of Madness, Bayne and Shafir especially gained major momentum off this win. They stood tall over six of the top women in AEW and won in impressive fashion.
This should give the AEW women's world champion plenty of fresh challengers in the coming months, assuming she can defeat MonĂŠ.
The CEO did well consistently in her role, but the goal of her inclusion was selling her rising heat with Stat. That was obvious throughout with multiple memorable spots.
Result
Bayne, Shafir, MonĂŠ, Hart, Blue and Thekla def. Storm, Mina, Stat, Hayter, Harley and Willow by verbal submission.

Falls Count Anywhere: 'Hangman' Adam Page vs. Powerhouse Hobbs
2 of 5Last Time in Action: Powerhouse Hobbs alongside Samoa Joe and Katsuyori Shibata successfully defended the World Trios Championships against Hangman Adam Page, Eddie Kingston and Hook (Dynamite, November 5).
"Hangman" Adam Page and Powerhouse Hobbs started this contest in the ring but quickly brawled to the outside.
Their fight went into the crowd where The Cowboy sent Hobbs off the platform through a table and into electrical equipment. The pinfall to follow was academic.
Afterward, Shibata and Joe struck, trying to trap Hangman in the WarGames cage. Instead, Eddie Kingston and Hook arrived to save Page.
Hangman then declared he would fight The Samoan Submission Machine at Full Gear inside a steel cage.
This was a fun brawl that sold the threat Hobbs can pose against anyone while still showing why Hangman is the top man in the business.
The finish allowed The Cowboy to eliminate Powerhouse from the equation, leaving Joe with just one ally going into Full Gear.
Adding the Steel Cage stipulation also should keep this a fair fight, but there are some interesting elements hanging in the balance.
In their first match, Joe was always going to lose, but it feels less certain this time. If The Opps did add a surprise fourth man at Full Gear to help Joe, that could turn the tide and give him a second world title reign.
The uncertainty makes the rematch all the better, and it should be the main event for Full Gear on November 22.
Result
Hangman def. Hobbs by pinfall.

Brodido Protect Ricky Steamboat from FTR
3 of 5Tony Schiavone introduced Ricky Steamboat, who reflected on his wrestling history before FTR interrupted.
Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood and Stokely Hathaway teased Steamboat then threatened to beat him down, even after he was graciously leaving the ring.
Bandido and Brody King saved Steamboat and even let him throw some classic chops at Dax.
Even with a two-and-a-half-hour broadcast, this was running long with how long the main event was certain to be.
Steamboat has never been the best promo, and he was struggling a bit down the stretch with his lines.
FTR pulled out the usual legends disrespect to set up a Brodido arrival to make the save. Logically, it was odd for the champions to take so long when the end result was inevitable.
As further hype for this tag team rivalry, this was solid, even if Steamboat's involvement did not feel necessary.

Men's Blood and Guts
4 of 5Last Time in Action: Pac defeated Tomohiro Ishii (Dynamite, October 22); Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia lost to Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy and Kyle O'Reilly went to a double count-out against Jon Moxley (Dynamite, October 29); Mark Briscoe, Roderick Strong and Komander defeated LFI (Collision, November 1); Claudio Castagnoli defeated Cassidy and Allin defeated Garcia (Dynamite, November 5); Strong defeated Moxley (Collision, November 8).
Early in this match, Mark Briscoe was ruled out of the action due to a backstage attack from The Don Callis Family. This allowed The Death Riders to dominate as the match officially began.
However, Briscoe refused to remain ruled out and arrived with weapons to turn the tide.
Gabe Kidd arrived to help take out Darby Allin, seemingly spelling doom for the babyface resistance.
Even with The Daredevil out of the picture, though, The Conglomeration took out The Death Riders and sealed the win when O'Reilly made Moxley tap out to a grapevined ankle lock.
While it went longer and had even more blood, the men's Blood and Guts match was not able to live up to the women's work, which was much better paced.
It is rare that Blood and Guts (a.k.a. WarGames) works well when the babyfaces have the Advantage, but neither team did enough to sell the dynamic shifts with new additions to the contest.
However, this contest did turn in a major positive direction once everyone got involved in the action.
The Briscoe injury delaying the full team fight ramped up the drama followed by Kidd unbalancing the odds again once Chicken got into the mix.
The end result was an excellent culmination of the last month where KOR was the Mox's Kryptonite. He simply was the better wrestler down the stretch and finally got to make The Death Riders leader tap out.
This contest was the biggest star-making spotlight O'Reilly could have asked for, and he came out of this looking like he could genuinely defeat anyone in the business.
On the other side, Mox again fails his team and shows he cannot live up to his word, quitting inside Blood and Guts.
While there was no time for aftermath, this is likely the final straw for Mox, who is certain to face the wrath of his own teammates soon.
Result
O'Reilly, Cassidy, Mark, Strong and Allin def. Mox, Castagnoli, Yuta, Garcia and Pac by submission.

Overall Show
5 of 5This was as special a show as AEW could deliver. The two Blood and Guts matches were unique and consistently delivered the spectacle of the night.
The only other match on the card, "Hangman" Adam Page vs. Powerhouse Hobbs, was also great and did not lose out on spectacle despite working on the same night as two long and bloody cage matches.
The only disappointing part of the show was a forgettable segment with FTR harassing Ricky Steamboat, but that barely felt like a blip on this night.
As a Dynamite show, this could not be better. As the latest incarnation of Blood and Guts, it outshined its previous iterations thanks to the work of the women in the opener.
Even Full Gear will have a difficult time following up one of the best wrestling shows of the year, and AEW has consistently delivered on pay-per-view this year.
Good luck to everyone in the near future trying to keep the momentum after a spectacular Dynamite.
