John Cena and WWE WrestleMania 41 Stars Who Will Have Biggest Impact in Vegas
As WWE prepares to invade Las Vegas for WrestleMania 41, the attention of the wrestling world turns to the Superstars who may leave the biggest impact and help define the show for generations.
From champions to title contenders, heels to babyfaces, they are the men and women who will be on the lips and minds of fans in the immediate aftermath of the show, their names associated with the biggest moments and matches of the premium live event.
Who are they and why? Find out with this preview of the 2025 Showcase of the Immortals.
Jey Uso

The 2025 Royal Rumble winner enters Las Vegas as the No. 1 contender to Gunther's World Heavyweight Championship but also one of the most intriguing characters on WWE television.
A tag team specialist with his brother, Jimmy, he worked his entire career to establish The Usos as the greatest tandem in WWE history. Then, he organically found success as a singles competitor, first in 2020 as opposition for Roman Reigns, then as the breakout star of The Bloodline saga.
From there, he became an enormously popular babyface and embraced all that came with it, including the "YEET" catchphrase and an abundance of merchandise sales. In doing so, though, he lost the emotional edge that drove him to the top of the business in the first place and only rediscovered it when Gunther zip-tied him to the ropes and made him watch as The Ring General brutalized and bloodied his brother.
Now seeking revenge and his first world championship, Uso has promised to beat Gunther, take the world title and vowed to pray for himself and the man he is about to become while doing it.
Uso is once again the serious, focused, driven Superstar he was when he broke out of Reigns' shadow, and hellbent on proving to Gunther that he is more than a "mascot" and "cartoon." He wants to prove that he is not just a catchphrase or entrance, but that he is a legitimate main eventer and worthy champion.
If and when he does, besting the man to whom he has lost the last three times they have competed, it will be one of the defining moments of this year's show.
Bianca Belair
2 of 4
Not only does Bianca Belair return to the championship picture at this year's WrestleMania, competing in a Triple Threat Match against Rhea Ripley and women's world champion Iyo Sky, but her presence may be felt in another women's division showdown, too.
Jade Cargill will look for revenge as she battles Naomi, who notoriously attacked her backstage in November, shoving her off a platform and into the windshield of a car and costing her months of her career.
While Naomi has taken sole blame for her actions, she has admitted that she did it for Belair. While The EST has stayed mostly out of that feud, many suspect that her gradually changing attitude and demeanor may be reflective of someone with something to hide.
Could that be that she, along with Naomi, planned the attack on Cargill? If so, might Belair get involved in that match and show her true colors by assisting her most recent tag team partner to victory?
It is a possibility. Even if she does not, Belair competing for, and winning, the Women's World Championship while extending her unbeaten streak on the grandest stage is more than enough reason to believe The EST will leave a lasting impact on WrestleMania XLI.
CM Punk

The Straight Edge Superstar has done it all in his Hall of Fame-worthy career.
Except, that is, main event WrestleMania.
That changes in 2025 when he walks the aisle for the show-closing Saturday night main event against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns.
That star-studded Triple Threat Match is already a blockbuster showdown but when adding the unpredictable element of Paul Heyman and his close relationship with two of the three competitors, and a perceived favor owed to Rollins after he was spared a stomp on Monday night, it becomes even more spectacular.
For Punk, it is the culmination of a career's work. He has won championships, headlined pay-per-views, wrestled against the top stars of many generations, but he has never been deemed worthy enough by those in charge at WWE to compete in the main event of a WrestleMania.
After more than two decades dedicated to his craft, he crosses that item off the bucket list in a match that is sure to have long-reaching implications on WWE beyond The Showcase of the Immortals.
John Cena
4 of 4
The road to WrestleMania XLI is and will forever be defined by John Cena's unforgettable heel turn. Once considered to be sacrilege, the biggest babyface star of the last 20 years turned his back on the fans and sold his soul to The Rock, all for one last chance at making history with a 17th world title victory.
His scathing promos in the lead-in to his Undisputed WWE Championship match with Cody Rhodes have been nothing short of extraordinary, placing the blame for his actions of the fans, as any great bad guy does. He believes he is justified and will look to prove it by taking down the man that supplanted him in that role, The American Nightmare, on the grand stage.
Win or lose, and one would imagine it is highly unlikely he turned heel only to lose in the biggest match of the year, whatever happens with and in regards to Cena and his character in Las Vegas will be one of the lasting images from the show and a defining moment in the career of one of wrestling's greatest megastars.
If he does win and breaks Ric Flair's recognized record of 16 world titles, it will be among the greatest impacts left on any WrestleMania ever.
