The third and final day of Grand Slam Track's debut slam (meet) in Kingston, Jamaica took place on Sunday, and American hurdler and sprinter Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, a four-time Olympic gold medalist, stole the show once again.

McLaughlin-Levrone won the 400-meter race, and that enabled her to win her slam (Long Hurdles).

In total, eight events took place on Sunday, capping off eight different competitions.

Grand Slam Track is a unique track and field league in its debut season (more information here on how it works).

In short, there are 12 different competitions, six for women and six for men. Each competition includes two events, and points are scored based on an athlete's results. For example, Long Hurdles (which McLaughlin-Levrone won) consists of a 400-meter hurdles race and a 400-meter race. McLaughlin-Levrone took first in both.

The victor of each competition is given the title of slam winner and earns $100,000 for their efforts.
