Undercard Feuds to Book for WWE WrestleMania 41 Match Card
The main event scene for WWE WrestleMania 41 has been set, with all eyes on John Cena’s attempt to dethrone Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso’s efforts to finish his own story against Gunther.
While the biggest matchups are already in place, the undercard for the marquee event on April 19-20 is still fluid.
With so many names still without a direction, how WWE books the rest of The Show of Shows will make or break the two-night premium live event.
Here are the undercard feuds to book for WrestleMania 41.
Kevin Owens vs. Randy Orton
One of WWE's most underrated undercard feuds is the battle between Kevin Owens and Randy Orton.
After The Viper’s return at Elimination Chamber to save Sami Zayn, the grudge match looks destined for Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Orton returned after being on the shelf for several months due to the brutal attack at the hands of Owens. With The Viper back on television and his sights set on KO, the two men are set for an epic battle.
For Orton, revenge is the name of the game, making him the triumphant face who will get a massive reaction at 'Mania.
On the other hand, Owens has been on fire as a top-tier heel, creating the tension needed to make this midcard matchup feel like a main event battle.
Drew McIntyre vs. Damian Priest
Over the last year of WWE programming, Drew McIntyre has been one of the most interesting characters, creating a heel persona that has not only stood toe-to-toe with CM Punk on the mic but also surpassed him at times during their promo battles.
Suppose the Scot is unforgivably relegated from both world championship scenes during WrestleMania season. In that case, he needs a marquee matchup he can win and keep his momentum heading into the rest of 2025.
Enter Damian Priest.
The 42-year-old won the world title at WrestleMania 40 by cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on McIntyre. He dropped the title at SummerSlam, but outside his feud with Gunther, he has won several meaningless feuds.
While both men deserve more, they can take solace in knowing they could steal the show even without the support of WWE Creative.
Solo Sikoa vs. Jacob Fatu
The Bloodline storyline has been one of the most important in the history of WWE, spanning several years and multiple world championships.
At WrestleMania, the stable deserves the spotlight after Solo Sikoa turns on Jacob Fatu.
Fatu has been portraying a heel, but the reactions from the crowd are largely positive, a fact that should drive Sikoa crazy. Instead of waiting for The Samoan Werewolf to take over, the Bloodline leader should launch a preemptive strike.
By making Sikoa the aggressor in the storyline, Fatu can portray a loyal soldier whose boss turned on him.
With the WWE Universe in his corner, a win for Fatu would be a significant turning point in his career.
