According to the Telegraph, Chilean newspaper La Stampa is reporting Vidal will join Arsenal in a £21 million deal.
Signing the Chilean would be an incredible coup for Arsenal.

The box-to-box midfielder scored eight goals and provided four assists for Juventus last season, demonstrating his powering runs forward and eye for goal.
More importantly for Arsenal, the 28-year-old's hunger for the ball translates into an incredible defensive work rate.

According to Squawka, Vidal won 74 tackles and 50 per cent of his aerial duels in Serie A last season. Further, he won 43 tackles and 58 per cent of headed duels in the Champions League to help Juventus reach the final.
Vidal has taken his aggressive, all-action brand of play to the Copa America, where he has stood out, per Opta Javier:
Last year, Bleacher Report's Sam Tighe described Vidal as "the best central midfielder in world football" and argued he is worth as much as Manchester United's Angel Di Maria:
In light of Vidal's considerable abilities to contribute both offensively and defensively, £21 million appears far too low for Juventus to consider when they could arguably make double or triple that.
Vidal would star in any midfield in the world, and his ball-winning skills and imposing presence would make him an invaluable addition to Arsenal, but a move for anything less than £40 million seems unthinkable.
Gonzalo Higuain Looks Set to Stay with Napoli
According to Sean Kearns of Metro, Arsenal will have to pay through the roof if they want to land the services of Gonzalo Higuain after Napoli insisted they would not accept any bids lower than £67 million.

Napoli director of communications Nicolas Lombardo said:
"Napoli are keen to make an official clarification based on some newspapers’ claims in articles about the potential transfer of Higuain.
The club stresses that the Argentine has an existing contract clause of €94,736,000. No bids below that figure will be accepted, those who want the player will have to match that valuation.
"
Higuain is a fine player and showed that yet again last season, scoring 28 goals in all competitions and assisting a further 10.
The former Real Madrid man would fit in well at Arsenal and work alongside or in place of Olivier Giroud.
The Argentinian's movement is more dynamic than the Frenchman's, and Higuain would give Arsenal an even more ruthless edge up front.
However, £67 million is likely far more than any club would or should be willing to spend on the forward, despite his considerable talent.
The statement from Lombardo is a clear hands-off warning to dissuade interest in Higuain. As the Argentinian is worth no more than half that price, it will surely be an effective one.
Unless Napoli significantly change their stance on the 27-year-old's value, he won't be joining the Gunners this summer.
