Seth Rollins vs. Triple H Must Be Saved for WWE WrestleMania 32
The recent teases of dissension within The Authority have made it clear that a match between Triple H and Seth Rollins is only inevitable. Per F4WOnline.com (h/t WrestleZone.com), it's currently penciled in for this year's SummerSlam extravaganza, though WWE would be wise to hold off on it until WrestleMania 32 in the spring.
Another telltale sign that the highly anticipated match could be happening as soon as SummerSlam is that Rollins will be defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Brock Lesnar at Battleground in July. At one point, it was believed that bout would headline the biggest party of the summer, so the rushing of the rivalry might be an indicator that HHH vs. Rollins is considered a lock for the summer spectacular.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
It's easy to see how a match pitting the two Authority members against each other would make sense: For weeks, Rollins has been a major thorn in the sides of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. He has constantly stated he doesn't need anyone's help and that he's the greatest of all time—and don't think for a second those seeds weren't planted purposefully.
The Game has gone so far as to allow Rollins to utilize his signature move, the Pedigree, as his own finisher since April. When he looks at The Architect, he sees shades of his former self, which is why he will want to destroy what he's created.
As much as The Authority angle needs to come to an end, it's too early to blow off the building tension between Triple H and Rollins; it's a match made for the grand stage of WrestleMania.

Mind you, a HHH vs. Rollins match has been well over one year in the making, so when they finally go through with the feud, it must be done right. If not, it will risk ruining the sensational story they've worked hard to put together up to this point.
After months of going to war with Evolution, The Shield came crashing down last June when Rollins turned on his longtime cohorts in favor of aligning with The Authority. Since then, Triple H has taken the former NXT champion under his wing and has molded him into the future of the company.
From becoming Mr. Money in the Bank to capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, his journey to the top has been brilliantly booked with Triple H being there every step of the way. The student vs. teacher story is simple yet effective, and over the last 12 months, it's been executed to perfection with these two.
One idea that has been pitched by fans involves Sheamus cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Rollins and taking his spot in the faction. It's a sound scenario, but even if that were to happen, the timing isn't right for it to occur before SummerSlam in just two months.
Of course, delaying HHH vs. Rollins until WrestleMania next year would mean squashing fans' hopes of seeing a Triple Threat between the three former Shield members at the event. This match is very time-sensitive, whereas Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose have their whole careers ahead of them, and there's always the chance they close out the Show of Shows the next year.
According to the original report, the feud would feature Triple H as the heel and Rollins as the face, when in reality the roles should be reversed. Whether that would see HHH winning the rivalry in the end is uncertain, but to turn Rollins at the peak of his heel run would be a massive mistake.
Other than Kevin Owens, there aren't many credible heels on the current roster. Rollins has proved time and time again since the split of The Shield that he can flourish as a villain when few thought he could; he's a bona fide babyface at his core, but now is not the time to flip the switch.
Furthermore, WWE already has an ample amount of star power on the babyface side of the roster right now, including Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton and potentially even Brock Lesnar. Rollins would be lost in the shuffle as soon as he's done in the title picture or would push one of the aforementioned names down the card as a result.
Triple H is best as the babyface he's been portraying on NXT as of late, a role he should take to TV once The Authority runs its course. Meanwhile, breaking Rollins away from the sadistic stable only to have him reunite with The Shield to rival it would be a step backward considering how far Rollins, Ambrose and Reigns have come as singles stars.
The best stories in wrestling are the ones that are told over a substantial period of time. WrestleMania is the only stage fit to host one of the biggest battles in recent memory, in addition to the ultimate end of The Authority.
