Plans have been made to display Barcelona's trophy haul to the general public with a parade through the city centre, ending at the club's iconic Camp Nou stadium.
The club's official website has preordained the celebration as "the treble party," with supporters of all ages invited to take part in a huge gathering of adoring fans.
Barcelona took to social media to display a map of the confirmed route of the parade:
The bus parade starts at 7 p.m local time at Parc de l’Estacio del Nord and takes in the sites of Avinguda de Vilanova, Arc de Triomf, Ronda de Sant Pere and Ronda de Sant Pere-Placa Urquinaona.
The players then head to Passeig de Gracia to Arago, merging into Avinguda de Roma.
The bus then turns right onto Comte d’Urgell—heading up Avinguda de Sarria to Placa del Doctor Ignasi Barraquer—where the parade is scheduled to end at 9.30 p.m.
However, the fun will not finish there as the celebrations begin inside the Camp Nou.
The gates of the stadium will be open from 7.30 p.m.—with fans having to obtain free tickets for the event from the club ticket office.

The Camp Nou party will host a spectacular light and music show—with a live feed to the bus parade being shown throughout.
The players will display the trophies on a lap of honour, including all five of Barca's Champions League trophies after the team joined the exclusive pack of teams with five European Cups to their names.
The night will conclude with an eight-minute musical firework display.
Sunday will be a night of endearment for Barcelona manager Luis Enrique, so often criticised by all quarters at the start of the campaign.
The coach was emotional and grateful after Saturday's final and thanked the people who stuck by him during tougher days, per Barca's official Twitter account:

This Barcelona team has now earned the right to be remembered as one of Europe's greatest champions, with the irresistible combination of Lionel Messi and Neymar, and controversial Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez.
The team's brand of football has never wavered—even when it seemed Enrique might be the wrong man for the job—but they can now stride forward, confident their philosophy is still valid in 2015.
Sunday will be a night for wild celebration, and greatly deserved it is.
