A fee of €32 million, payable over four years, has been agreed, with a potential extra €8 million to be added on if certain performance-related targets are met.

The 21-year-old was linked with a whole host of clubs throughout the 2014/15 campaign, including the Premier League’s elite, per Chisanga Malata of the Daily Star.
Dybala scored 13 league goals and created 10 more for Palermo during the course of 2014/15, per WhoScored.com, but eyebrows have been raised as to whether he can make the step up to Champions League football.
Bleacher Report's Matteo Bonetti thinks Dybala is good enough to mix it up with Europe's best. He told Ryan Bailey that the hype isn't without justification:
Dybala's arrival could pave the way for the exit of Carlos Tevez, who has been linked with Atletico Madrid, according to AS (h/t Anthony Chapman of the Express). His potential departure would leave the youngster to step in and partner Alvaro Morata up front.
A player who’s inexperienced at the highest level can sometimes take a long time to settle, but such is Dybala's brilliance that it wouldn’t be surprising to see him hit the ground running.
A fruitful pre-season will give the young forward the belief that he can go on and make a name for himself on both the domestic and the European stage.
