The Players Championship 2015: Live Leaderboard Scores, Standings from Sunday
Sunday at The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass is going to be fun. With a slew of contenders near the top of the leaderboard and a ton of golfers in contention, Sunday promises to provide plenty of drama.
Let's take a look at the updating leaderboard and break down some of the top storylines for Sunday.

Storylines to Watch

Chris Kirk heads into Sunday atop the leaderboard, but he has plenty of company. Kevin Kisner, Ben Martin and Bill Haas are all a stroke behind, while a slew of top contenders are pretty close as well, as Sergio Garcia sits two strokes back, Rickie Fowler is three behind and Bubba Watson, Rory McIlroy, Zach Johnson and Adam Scott are all four strokes back and within striking distance.
While that's a pretty loaded crew of players chasing Kirk, McIlroy is the man to watch. The World No. 1 is coming off a title at the WGC-Cadillac Match Play and hasn't finished worse than 11th at a tournament since missing the cut at the Honda Classic.
"I'm going to need something pretty special, a 64 or 65, to have a chance," McIlroy told BBC Sport, "I've given myself a lot of chances and really could not convert much—I've struggled to read the greens all week."
Still, nobody would be surprised if McIlroy had an epic round and ended up winning this tournament. Likewise, few people would blame Kirk if he felt the pressure of the world No. 1 chasing him and caved under that pressure.
A great player can have that effect on the field.
And then there's Tiger Woods, because we can't simply ignore Woods, even when he is out of the running. Woods had already teed off at the time of publication and was sitting at two over par after shooting a disappointing 75 on Saturday.
Indeed, Woods has been fighting both himself and the course throughout this tournament. And he made a bit of personal history on Saturday he would have liked to avoided, per Justin Ray of the Golf Channel:
"This is Tiger's 1,116th career @PGATOUR round as a pro It's the 1st time he's made multiple double bogeys on par 5s in same round
— Justin Ray (@JustinRayGC) May 9, 2015"
Indeed, it was a tough day for Woods, and afterwards, he wasn't in the mood to chat, as Jason Sobel of ESPN noted:
It's a fair point from Sobel, especially considering most folks wouldn't particularly enjoy talking to anyone after a terrible day at work. Still, Woods would likely love to finish on a strong note and exhibit a little bit of mastery of the course on Sunday.
To this point, TPC Sawgrass has gotten the better of Woods.
