Chelsea vs. Liverpool: Team News, Predicted Lineups, Live Stream & TV Info
Liverpool head to London to face champions Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon in their penultimate away game of the season.
It will be the last meeting between Jose Mourinho and Steven Gerrard, which has seen the Chelsea boss praise the Liverpool captain, a player he calls his "dear enemy" and a player who "made me a better manager."

"I want to honour him and I hope Stamford Bridge has the same feeling as I have," said Mourinho in his pre-match press conference (words relayed by Press Association, via This Is Anfield).
The thought of the Stamford Bridge crowd "honouring" Gerrard in a positive way is unlikely to say the least. They're more likely to spend the whole 90 minutes recalling his slip in the match between the two sides last May at Anfield.
Chelsea confirmed the title last week with victory over Crystal Palace, while Liverpool have a slim chance of achieving a top-four finish should they win this game and their two remaining fixtures thereafter. They go into the weekend four points—and goal difference—behind Manchester United.

Predicted Formations

Chelsea are without Oscar due to injury, while Liverpool are without former Chelsea forward and perennially injured Daniel Sturridge. The Reds striker underwent another operation this week, ruling him out until September at the earliest.
Mourinho could opt to rotate his squad somewhat, perhaps giving opportunities to the likes of Petr Cech and Kurt Zouma.
Brendan Rodgers will have a decision to make over whether Gerrard starts, and if so, where he plays the 34-year-old. Lucas is back from injury and Mario Balotelli is back in the squad, but Mamadou Sakho is still sidelined.
Last time out against Queens Park Rangers, Rodgers went with Rickie Lambert up front.
Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Terry, Zouma, Azpilicueta, Matic, Mikel, Fabregas, Willian, Hazard, Remy.
Liverpool: Mignolet, Can, Skrtel, Sakho, Ibe, Henderson, Lucas, Moreno, Gerrard, Coutinho, Sterling.

Player to Watch
Chelsea: Eden Hazard

This season's PFA player of the year, Eden Hazard has been a key part of Chelsea's title-winning side. The Belgian attacker could cause huge problems for Liverpool between the lines, especially if Liverpool opt for a back four with Emre Can as a somewhat roaming right-back as he has been used in recent games.
Hazard has made eight appearances against Liverpool, scoring four times, including the penalty at Anfield in the League Cup semi-final first leg this season.
Liverpool: Jordan Henderson
Liverpool's captain-in-waiting, Jordan Henderson, will be an interesting player to watch this season, with questions persisting over whether the Englishman can step up in the big games.
Henderson was impressive against Manchester City back in February at Anfield but has struggled in games against Chelsea this season. Much depends on the way Rodgers sets up his midfield, with Lucas likely to come in and help combat Chelsea's attacking flair.
Key Battle
Rodgers vs. Mourinho

Aside from questioning Rodgers and Liverpool's transfer business over the last two years, the biggest criticism directed at the Liverpool boss is that he has failed to win any of the big games in his time at Anfield.
He was outwitted by Mourinho in the key Premier League game at the end of last season, and Mourinho got the better of him over two legs in the League Cup semi-final this season. An FA Cup semi-final defeat to Aston Villa has added to Rodgers' poor record in big games, and he must start to show he can outmanoeuvre the best managers.
Will Rodgers stick with a 4-3-3 shape—one which is difficult to accommodate Gerrard within—or will he revert back to 3-4-2-1 and put Raheem Sterling up front?
