Kentucky Derby Entries 2015: Final Odds and Predictions for Entire Field
The field for the 2015 Kentucky Derby on Saturday will be one short of the full complement of 20.
The withdrawals of El Kabeir and Stanford—with just Frammento coming in—mean there will be 19 runners at Churchill Downs, but it is a very strong field.
American Pharoah is the favourite, but there are a handful of fantastic horses who will be challenging over the 10 furlongs of the 141st Run for the Roses.
Here are the latest odds ahead of the race, along with final predictions for all the horses and a closer examination of the favourites.

American Pharoah
It is difficult to look past American Pharoah when trying to pick a winner for the 2015 running of the Derby at Churchill Downs.
The colt has looked incredibly impressive, winning four races on the bounce since coming fifth in his career debut.
He most recently destroyed the field in the Arkansas Derby, winning by eight lengths in a truly dominant performance.
As racing analyst Joe Kristufek told Bleacher Report, Pharoah is most definitely the horse to beat in this year's Kentucky Derby:
Whether any challenger can emerge remains to be seen, but there is certainly enough quality in the field to threaten the favourite.
Dortmund

Dortmund is a genuine contender for glory in this year's Derby. He and American Pharoah share the same trainer in Bob Baffert, a man who has three Derby winners to his name.
Dortmund is unbeaten in a career that has seen him win all six of his races, including a very impressive showing at the Santa Anita Derby.
Winners in the Santa Anita have been impressive at the Kentucky Derby over the last few years. California Chrome in 2014 and I'll Have Another in 2012 both went on to win at Churchill Downs having triumphed in Arcadia.
Dortmund is a fine physical specimen, a towering horse whose size gives him an advantage in terms of his length of stride and his stamina.
A Derby win could certainly be on the cards for a horse who has yet to put a foot wrong in his career.
Mubtaahij
Something of an unknown, Dubai-based Mubtaahij is looking in fine form having convincingly won the UAE Derby by eight lengths back in March.
He has immense stamina, which should serve him well in the Derby, but history is against Mubtaahij, per BetAmerica:
South African trainer Mike de Kock—a serial winner across the globe—admitted that had it not been for the dominant nature of the UAE Derby win, Mubtaahij would not be running in Kentucky, per Jennie Rees of The Courier-Journal: "Had he won by just a length or two, I would certainly not be here."
An unknown quantity, Mubtaahij and De Kock could cause an upset on Saturday. There is clearly great confidence in the horse, and rightly so after such an impressive display in March.
It would be an historic victory if Mubtaahij could win on Saturday, and there are few reasons to suggest he won't be competitive in American racing's great event.
