NFL Draft 2015: Latest Buzz Surrounding the Top-10 Picks
Never is the smoke thicker in the NFL than in the days and hours leading up to the NFL draft, and this year remains no exception. Like a game of dominoes, the teams picking in the top 10 will dictate how things will fall for the rest of the first round.
We'll help you sort through the latest buzz surrounding the top-10 picks, but remember: The only thing we know for sure is that a lot can and will change between now and the start of the draft Thursday night.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still receiving calls for the first pick.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
If there were such a thing as a safe projection in this draft, the commonly held view is that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take Florida State Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston first overall. Still, Tampa Bay's intentions have yet to be formally announced.
According to ESPN's Ed Werder, the Bucs are still receiving trade offers for the selection.
Still, Werder went on to say he doesn't expect Tampa Bay to give up the pick and pass on the opportunity to draft a franchise quarterback.
While it's clear Tampa Bay general manager Jason Licht hasn't closed the door on a trade, at this point, all signs are pointing to Winston becoming a Buccaneer.
Finding a solution at quarterback needs to be the first priority for Tampa Bay in this draft, and Winston is the player most ready to succeed at the position. While a haul similar to what the St. Louis Rams received for Robert Griffin III in 2012 would be tempting, there's no need for the Bucs to get cute here.
The Tennessee Titans sound like a team ready to draft a quarterback.
This pick is where rumors start to bubble over. The prevailing thought around the league has been that Marcus Mariota will go second overall, but no one seems quite sure who will actually make the pick.
Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean thinks that team will be the Tennessee Titans after talking to general manager Ruston Webster. It may be smokescreen season, but Webster doesn't seem to be in a rush to make a trade:
"If you think a player is a franchise quarterback, then that supersedes everything else. I think we like (Winston and Mariota) both. It is really not a factor what Tampa does. If we were to go that direction, what Tampa did would not affect what we did.
"
Meanwhile, Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt sounded every bit as convincing Wednesday, saying he would be happy to tailor his offense to fit Mariota's unique talents.
Until commissioner Roger Goodell announces the pick Thursday night, all eyes and ears will be on the Titans. However, it's looking like we might not see a move, after all.
Passing on a potential franchise quarterback like Mariota is always easier said than done, but it might be the smart move for Tennessee. Rookie Zach Mettenberger showed signs of promise, and the Titans need to address a defense that allowed the 27th most yards per game last season.
Tennessee could use extra picks acquired by trading down to address multiple holes on its roster.
Are the Jacksonville Jaguars targeting Amari Cooper?
After an offseason dedicated to upgrading their offense, most mock drafts assumed the Jacksonville Jaguars would look to address holes on defense with the third pick in the draft. As it turns out, Jacksonville might not be done adding targets for second-year quarterback Blake Bortles.
Yahoo's Charles Robinson reported Tuesday that Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Amari Cooper could be in play for the Jaguars.
Cooper, who Bleacher Report's Matt Miller says is the draft's most "NFL-Ready" wide receiver, could form a dangerous trio with Allen Robinson and Marqise Lee, both second-round picks last season.
Taking Cooper with the third pick in the draft seems like a luxury for a team that ranked 26th in points allowed last season. A deep class of wide receivers means Jacksonville could still grab help for Bortles on the second day, while addressing more pressing issues on defense in the first round.
Will the Cleveland Browns make a trade for a top-10 pick?
Holding the 12th and 19th picks in the first round, the Cleveland Browns have the ammunition to move up and get a player they covet. As we get closer to the draft, all indications show they're trying to do just that.
ESPN's Pat McManamon reported Wednesday afternoon that the Browns have inquired about trading up to the second pick to grab Mariota.
Miller mentioned something similar Tuesday in his final Scouting Notebook but added they also would be interested in a trade with the New York Giants for the ninth overall pick.
It's unclear who the Browns might be targeting in that spot—although, it's possible a wide receiver like Kevin White to replace the suspended Josh Gordon could be the object of their desires.
If the Browns have the option of moving up for Mariota, they have to make the deal. As the saying goes, there are two types of teams in the NFL: those that have a quarterback and those that don't. It's time for Cleveland to get its guy.
