Mayweather vs. Pacquiao Live Stream: Online Schedule Info for Weigh-in

Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will meet face to face under the lights of Las Vegas on Friday evening as the world prepares itself for one of the most anticipated weigh-ins of our time.

The talking is over, statements of intent have been exchanged and now all that remains is the formality of each welterweight making the 147-pound limit prior to a collision assured to go down in boxing history.

Anticipation is building in regards to what drama, if any, will be on hand in Friday's penultimate meeting between Mayweather and Pacquiao, with SportsCenter noting just how highly publicised an event this will be:

The journey to bringing Mayweather and Pacquiao into the same ring over the past five years and more has been an arduous one, but the pair will finally do battle for three different welterweight titles.

Mayweather brings the WBA and WBC welterweight belts to the MGM Grand Garden Arena this week, having fought his last two bouts in this weight class—each against Marcos Maidana.

Pacquiao will look to triple up on Saturday as he puts the WBO welterweight title on the line and is far more familiar at welterweight, having not dipped into light middleweight since 2011; Mayweather, on the other hand, fought Canelo Alvarez at 152 pounds as recently as 2013.

Mayweather and Pacquiao have won titles in five and eight weight divisions, respectively, meaning the transition isn't likely to have a great impact on either fighter. However, Ricky Hatton, who's fought both of Saturday's combatants, is quoted by BBC Sport as backing Mayweather to come out triumphant:

I think it's the accuracy and the timing of when Floyd throws the punch, that's how he gets you. One of the main storylines behind Saturday's clash is, of course, whether Mayweather's 47-fight unbeaten record comes to its end, with Pacquiao having lost twice in 2012, to Timothy Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez.

According to Odds Shark, it's "Money" who remains the heavy favourite to preserve his winning streak, too, dating back to his professional debut against Roberto Apodaca in 1996:

Throughout the buildup to this superfight, Pacquiao has taken on the more submissive role, happy to let his opponent do the wealth of the talking, and that dynamic isn't likely to change drastically on Friday.

It's at the weigh-in, however, that reality will start to settle in and the world will realise the magnitude of Saturday's historic head-to-head.
