NFL Draft 2015: 1st-Round Mock Draft and Teams Likeliest to Trade Up
Depending on who gets asked, there will either be a lot of trades during the first round of the 2015 NFL draft or none at all.
So it goes when a draft class seems to have just two viable franchise quarterbacks (Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota) and unpredictable personalities and teams (Chip Kelly, the Cleveland Browns) willing to do whatever it takes to improve.
Without trades, the first-round results look pretty cut and dry going by need and value at each slot. Let's take a look at such a mock below, then analyze a few of the teams to watch in the trade department.

Teams Likeliest to Trade Up
Cleveland Browns
Shocker—the Browns might be on the hunt for a quarterback.
Owners of the No. 12 and No. 19 picks, the Browns are once again in a position to draft two impact rookies. Granted, last year they drafted Justin Gilbert and Johnny Manziel—the two positions with the toughest learning curve upon arrival in the pros.
The decisions there might influence things this time around too, because NFL.com's Adam Schein hears the team may want to get Mariota:
"Now, it's highly unlikely Mariota will still be on the board at No. 12. The natural solution: package the picks and trade up! An NFC GM told me last week that he thinks Cleveland is targeting Mariota. Go get your man! There are a number of teams in the top 10 that could be willing to trade out for the right price ...
"
Even before this note, though, the Browns were one of the obvious teams to watch for in terms of draft-day trades. Teams with two first-round picks are always candidates.
A supposed interest in Mariota could be an oh-so-easy smokescreen, though. It perhaps causes other teams to panic and at the same time helps solid prospects drop to them to best build around Manziel.
It's difficult to tell, but as they seem to like it this time of year, all eyes should be on the Browns.
Philadelphia Eagles

Kelly is all over the place this offseason.
He throws aside LeSean McCoy for DeMarco Murray, lets Jeremy Maclin walk and swaps Nick Foles for Sam Bradford.
Does anyone really think he's done yet?
Of course not. There's even chatter about a Browns-Eagles deal:
When Kelly acquired Bradford, it was impossible to tell if he wanted to roll with the former No. 1 pick or if the Oklahoma product was a stopgap solution on the way to a rookie gunslinger of his choice.
It might be a bit of both. Kelly could stand pat if no trades work out. Despite his health issues, Bradford's a strong passer who completed 60.7 percent of his attempts last year for 1,687 yards and 14 scores to four picks before his injury. In Kelly's quick-hit attack, Bradford's taking big hits goes out the window.
No matter which way things swing, the Kelly-gets-his-Oregon-guy narrative won't die. At the least, the globe won't be shocked by his perhaps risky moves the rest of the way.
Right?
New Orleans Saints
Again, any team with two first-round picks is one to watch.
This applies to the New Orleans Saints, a team continuing to go all-in around 36-year-old Drew Brees as much as it can.
A team doesn't throw aside Kenny Stills and Jimmy Graham and not have a strong plan in place. Brees himself put it best at the time, per the league on Twitter:
Said plan may include a major move up the draft board by packaging the No. 13 and No. 31 picks together.
After ranking 25th against the pass and 29th against the rush last year, the Saints cannot afford to ignore defense any longer. If it means a move up based on how the draft board unfolds, Larry Holder of NOLA.com thinks the team will pull the trigger:
For most teams in most years, two prospects at a unit of need would be better than one.
This isn't any team in any normal year, though. The Saints want and need an impact player to make a difference right away as Brees' career winds down.
This makes the Saints perhaps the most likely team of all to move up on draft day.
