EPL Table: Updated Premier League Standings, Fixtures, Title Odds After Week 32
A 4-2 win in Sunday's Manchester derby saw Manchester United move four points clear of bitter rivals City and reduce the gap distancing them from Arsenal in second to just one point.
Louis van Gaal's outfit continued an encouraging run of form to claim their fourth victory in a row and revive any slim hopes they may still hold in making a run at this season's top prize.
That result came after Chelsea reclaimed a seven-point cushion over Arsenal thanks to a last-gasp 1-0 victory at Loftus Road. Cesc Fabregas netted an 88th-minute winner to restore the Blues' big lead.

Chelsea Clawing and Scratching Their Way to Glory
Some titles are sealed in a smooth, flowing manner, without so much as a hitch along the way. And although Chelsea's campaign may have started in that fashion, it's now starting to resemble a rustier, but nonetheless clinical model of that machine.
Mourinho will undoubtedly be content with Chelsea's route down through the domestic season, though, with points being the only constant he'll care for.

A 1-0 derby win over Queens Park Rangers on Sunday was the sixth time in their last nine outings the Blues have only managed to bag one goal, with all their victories in that period coming by margins of just one goal.
The west Londoners may no longer be scoring in as great a number as they were earlier this term, but as OptaJoe points out, the team are still an attacking behemoth against which to contend:
To illustrate the point further, Chelsea have scored 26 goals in their 14 outings since Christmas, compared to a more impressive haul of 38 in their 17 outings leading up to Boxing Day.
After leaking a disappointing goal from Charlie Adam just a week ago, Blues No. 1 Thibaut Courtois was also out to impress against QPR. Mourinho was quoted by the club's official website as saying he rose to the occasion:
With the visit of United to come next Saturday, Chelsea's recent lack of vindication in front of goal will be put to the test in a major way, and Louis van Gaal's men will be out for blood.
Scrappy or not, the league leaders won't care much for how they gain their points, just so long as they continue to come in week by week, game by nail-biting game.
All Eyes on the Emirates Stadium

United's win on Sunday may have drawn them to within just a point of Arsenal in second place, but the Gunners remain the closest contenders for the summit following Saturday's 1-0 win at Turf Moor.
That is to suggest there sits a team still capable of overhauling Chelsea's lead. And with Mourinho's men yet to travel to the Emirates Stadium, the pressure is on Arsene Wenger's side to prove their worth.
So vast is Chelsea's lead that if they manage to beat the Red Devils next weekend, they could lose in north London and still have a superb chance of clinching the crown.
Wenger is under no illusions regarding the current Premier League landscape, either, and insists his side are simply vying to cement their place as runners-up, per Goal.com:
"Nothing has changed. They are still too comfortable, Chelsea. We need a perfect run and we need a non-perfect run from them. So we cannot master that. We can only master our own attitude. I feel they are still in a comfortable position.
"
We don't want to stop the run. There's a good attitude in the team and a great quality. We've won 16 of the last 18 so we are consistent. Let's see. It's a challenge for a team not to forget how much it hurts to lose a game and focus on winning the next one.
We want to keep winning of course, because we have to look behind us as well. Man City, Man United, and after that you have three with Southampton, Liverpool and Tottenham as well. We are in the FA Cup semi-final, we have six games to go with 66 points and we want to continue our run now.
Of course, one so experienced in the top flight as Wenger knows how to play his cards in the media. He continued to hold his close to his chest in how highly he genuinely values his side.
Arsenal have all the momentum flowing their favour, too, according to Metro, and Europe's most in-form team can destabilise the Blues' juggernaut with a victory at the Emirates in a fortnight's time:
Chelsea's game in hand means they'd have to drop more than just three points in order to not finish top, but Arsenal will be focused on simply controlling their fixtures, that which lies within their own means.
Last season, we saw Manchester City persevere to leapfrog Liverpool before ultimately winning the Premier League at the death and it would be folly to rule out an upset just yet.
