Masters 2015 Leaderboard: Updating Results and Standings for Sunday

Brian MaziqueApr 12, 2015

The 2015 Masters is Jordan Spieth's to lose. Heading into the final round of play on Sunday, the 21-year-old Texan holds a four-shot lead over Justin Rose. Spieth has set 36- and 54-hole Masters records with his torrid pace, but he still hasn't totally pulled away from the field.

You can watch Spieth's entire third round in three minutes in the tweet from the Masters below.

The leaderboard below will update real time. If you're unable to follow final-round coverage, you can stay abreast of the action by following here.

Does the Field Have Any Hope?

Spieth didn't show many weaknesses through the first 54 holes at Augusta National. While he's been at least two under par in each round, Spieth's rounds have gotten progressively more human since Thursday's otherworldly eight-under 64.

If the trend continues and Spieth posts an even-par 72 or worse, it'll open the door for Rose and others to make a move on him. While Spieth has seemingly had nerves of steel throughout his young career, he is still just 21 years old. He's never faced the type of pressure that holding a lead on Sunday at Augusta National creates.

We'll find out if he has the poise to turn away the world's best as they make one last-ditch effort to corral him.

Tiger and Rory

Spieth deserves every bit of the attention he’s received during the first three days of the tournament, but Tiger Woods has had one heck of a performance, all things considered. After a long layoff and struggles with injuries, his game and confidence, Woods has been excellent at Augusta.

On Saturday, he posted a four-under 68 to move into a tie for fifth place on the leaderboard. He’s 10 shots behind Spieth and likely too far back to run the young man down. Still, Woods has planted some positive seeds for the rest of the year.

Rory McIlroy is also 10 shots behind Spieth and poised for a career-best finish at the Masters. It’s still the only major he’s yet to win, but if he can hold steady, the world No. 1 will beat his previous best showing at the Masters, an eighth-place finish in 2014.

Woods and McIlroy tee off at 2:30 p.m. ET, while Spieth and Rose get started at 2:50 p.m.
