NCAA Championship Game 2015: Wisconsin vs. Duke Final Score Predictions
The stage is set for the 2015 NCAA tournament's championship game, and we have quite a showdown on our hands.
Duke has been very impressive throughout the Big Dance, handling the stout defenses of San Diego State and Utah and taking down the high-octane offense of Gonzaga before torching the well-rounded Michigan State Spartans by a 20-point margin in the Final Four.
Wisconsin has quite a track record of its own. The Badgers have been dealing with some of the nation's best offenses and most athletic squads during March Madness, defeating the likes of Oregon, North Carolina and Arizona before ending the 38-game winning streak of the Kentucky Wildcats.

Preview and Prediction
Averaging 80.6 points per game and shooting an average of 50.2 percent from the floor, Duke has boasted one of the nation's most elite offenses this season. The damage this team can do on that side of the court was well on display in the Final Four, as it put up 81 points on a Michigan State defense that had been playing extremely well of late.
Jahlil Okafor and Justise Winslow have the ability to dominate the interior on both ends of the court, but they were phenomenal on offense against the Spartans. Okafor looked practically unguardable, hitting 7-of-11 attempts from the floor for 18 points. Winslow hit 5-of-7 from the floor but did most of his damage from the line, as his nine made free-throw attempts propelled him to 19 points on the day.
Duke's ability to spread defenses thin with its athletic play on the inside and precision shooting on the perimeter was also a factor against the Spartans. With Okafor and Winslow garnering attention in the paint, good looks opened up for guard Quinn Cook, who shot 50.0 percent from the floor for 17 points. His effort helped the Blue Devils shoot 52.0 percent as a team against a very good defense.
Speaking of playing some exceptional basketball against a well-rounded team, Wisconsin put together an incredible performance in the Final Four, winning by a score of 71-64 and ending Kentucky's bid for perfection in the process. The usual suspects were to thank for the enormous victory.
Frank Kaminsky found success on the inside against a Wildcats frontcourt that has stifled some of the nation's better squads this season. The forward hit 7-of-11 attempts from the floor for 20 points, and he added 11 rebounds for the game's only double-double. At this point, Kaminsky simply appears able to score at will.

Sam Dekker continued to shine all over the court against Kentucky. He bucketed 6-of-9 attempts from the floor and went 2-of-3 from downtown in a 16-point effort. Dekker continues to be Wisconsin's wild card, as he boasts the size and athleticism to score from inside and the precision shooting to strike from three-point range.
Perhaps the biggest factor in the Badgers' win was the play of Nigel Hayes and Bronson Koenig. Each player scored 12 points against Kentucky, giving Kaminsky and Dekker some valuable support. If that trend continues in the national championship game, Wisconsin will be extremely difficult to beat.
It can be argued that Duke is a more versatile squad than Wisconsin. The Blue Devils can match Wisconsin's interior play, but they also feature superior perimeter shooting from their guards. The fact that the Badgers allowed Kentucky to shoot 48.1 percent from the floor in the Final Four doesn't exactly bode well for the team with the sharpshooting Blue Devils up next, either.
Although, there's something to be said about the way Kaminsky and Dekker have been playing of late for Wisconsin. They may be the two most consistent players we've watched during March Madness, and they continue to will their team to victories. Duke will take this game down to the wire, but the Badgers will take the title on the heels of another big day from their frontcourt duo.
Prediction: Wisconsin 77, Duke 74
