The Five Best Firstbasemen In MLB; 27 Or Under
This is the second installment in my series where I count down the five best players 27 or under. First base is definitely the hardest position to find just five guys but I did it. Here it is. Hope you enjoy.
My Apologies to:
James Loney, Casey Kotchman, Jorge Cantu, Chris Davis, and Billy Butler.

10 Scorching MLB Takes 🌶️

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
This season, Joey Votto has been basically the lone bright-spot on the Reds' offense. He is hitting .310, with 18 long balls, and 60 RBI. Even though he has missed about a month and half this season? Look out for this kid to be a strong presence in the Reds' lineup for years to come.
This season, Kendry Morales has really been a surprise. Nobody but the Angels knew that he would be a star. This season he is hitting .300 with 27 HRs and 82 RBI. Watch for him and the other stars in the Angel offense to help them soar through the playoffs.
Prince Fielder has some of the best power that I've seen in my lifetime. The only reason that he's not number one is because he can't run or field. This year, he is hitting .305 with 33 HRs and 110 RBI. Watch out for him and Ryan Braun to lead this offense into the playoffs for years to come (except for this one).
Adrian Gonzalez has proven himself as a superstar for a few years now. The only reason he isn't number one is because of the average. He is hitting .272 with 33 HRs and 73 RBI. Not only does he have superior power, but he can field too, and his OBP is .402.
Miguel Cabrera has been one of the best young superstars since he first came up as a Marlin. He immediately shone and he hasn't stopped his success. This year he is hitting .335 with 24 HRs, and 73 RBI. He is always good for 30 HRs and 100 RBI, and this year is no different. He can play decent defense, he runs well, and of course he can hit.
