Germany vs. Australia: Team News, Predicted Lineups, Live Stream and TV Info
Germany begin their first meaningful fixture of 2015 with a friendly match against Australia on Wednesday night, yet the Aussies bring with them an appropriate challenge that should pose a number of questions for Joachim Low's side.
The reigning world champions have stumbled through a Euro 2016 qualification campaign since winning the World Cup. As such, each and every match offers a genuine opportunity for the Bundestrainer to make or lose brownie points with the fans.

Predicted Lineups
In terms of Germany's lineup, we should see a rather basic defensive formation of Ron-Robert Zieler as goalkeeper with Jerome Boateng at right-back, Jonas Hector at left-back and Mats Hummels and Holger Badstuber as the two holding central defenders.
Similarly, we should see Sami Khedira and Ilkay Gundogan feature in the middle of the park in this friendly, with Mario Gotze, Mesut Ozil and Marco Reus making up the midfield trio behind the lone striker, Max Kruse.
For Australia we should see Mathew Ryan between the sticks, with Jason Davidson, Ivan Franjic, Matthew Spiranovic and Trent Sainsbury in defence.
As such, Mile Jedinak should keep his role as the holding midfielder, with Mark Milligan and Massimo Luongo in front of a midfield trio. The attacking three for Australia should then line up as Robbie Kruse, Mathew Leckie and Tim Cahill as the lone striker.
Key Players
Mario Gotze
Although Gotze has performed beyond any exceptional level for Bayern this season, he has consistently stared in the national team as an attacking player who can win games.
The attacking midfielder will undoubtedly start on Wednesday and should prove to be the focal point of any attack that comes from Germany on the night.
Robbie Kruse
Ironically, the one key player for Australia on Wednesday night will be the one key Bundesliga player on show for the away side in Robbie Kruse.
The Leverkusen forward hasn't had the best time of it in the Bundesliga this season but still poses a significant threat to what will undoubtedly be a porous German defence.

Odds (Per Oddschecker)
Germany: 2-11
Draw: 7-1
Australia: 19-1
