Key Takeaways from Liverpool's Win over Swansea
Whether you consider Liverpool's game-winning goal a fluke, there are two key takeaways from their victory over Swansea: The club is well on its way to claiming another spot in the Champions League for next season, and Jordan Henderson is leading the charge.
The match was one of Henderson's poorer performances—yet, he was still the team's ticket to success. He scored the game's lone goal from just outside the top of the box, flicking it up and over Swansea keeper Lukasz Fabianski in the 68th minute.

It may look like a stroke of luck, and Henderson even admitted he "got a little bit fortunate" with the finish in a post-match interview:
But it doesn't take away from the fact the opportunity was created by, as he said, being in the right position to score.
Henderson has played a significant role in the club's positive production since taking on captaincy. As Sky Sports News HQ pointed out, Liverpool has yet to lose since Henderson assumed role as captain:

That was his fifth goal this season, and I dare say not his last. The biggest factor in Liverpool's victory, however, was the adjustment to the midfield formation which made that possible.
Manager Brendan Rodgers discussed the change in an interview following the match:
By opening up different passing lanes, the team was able to create more opportunities—like the setup for Henderson's goal.
This ability to adapt and make in-game adjustments will serve the team well moving into the last quarter of the season, which picks up again Sunday against Manchester United—who currently sits two points ahead in the fourth spot.
As ESPN's Paul Carr said, Sunday's matchup will be "monstrous" in the race for a top-four spot and a bid into the Champions League:

Liverpool will then travel to play Arsenal on April 4. The Gunners currently sit just one point ahead of Manchester United—which means Liverpool is within just three points.
Considering they've stretched their success on the road to six straight league matches, Liverpool might just have enough confidence to ride it out against Arsenal and into a top position.
