If There's One Constant in Cleveland, It's Cleveland Is BrownsTown!
All right troops, it's time to rally for our boys in Brown and Orange. You may have read some of my previous articles and some have agreed and disagreed with some of my views. That's great. But one thing we all have common thread is we love our Brownies. This team needs us, and we need them.
As always, for better or worse, we are the best and most loyal fans in football. So it should be no shock to any "REAL" Browns fan, in the situation we find ourselves. That is clawing, digging, and looking for any and all glimmers of hope.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
To modify James Earl Jones' quote in the movie "Field of Dreams", when he is talking about the one constant thing this country has had was baseball. Well, the one constant that always remains in Cleveland, is Cleveland Browns Football.
When Week One starts every year. We forget about the Indians, the Cavs well they take the back seat right next to the Indians.
We as Fans would probably give up the Indians and Cavs just for ONE SUPER BOWL! That's why this town will always and forever bleed Brown and Orange.
I have been reading a lot of articles on this website. Just about all of them are saying we are doomed. Hell, I wrote one. That is just our way of venting our frustrations.
Today I read and article on clevelandbrowns.com titled "Edwards believes confidence is key." I thought it was a pretty good read.
Now we can all agree to disagree on how we feel about Edwards or the Browns. But here is my analysis of what we as fans need to do.
First and foremost, be patient. I know it's hard as we dread the thought of stomaching another losing season. Especially, when we see our dreaded enemies do well. Karma, has a way of correcting itself.
We will not be "not so good" forever, and the Steelers will fall. We will see how Ben deals with his off-the-field issues. One thing we can say about both of our QB's is well we don't rape women and they both behave themselves off the field.
Second, we need to lay off our players. We at times can be too quick to BOO and point fingers. If we think these players do not care what we feel about them. you're wrong.
Take, for instance, Braylon Edwards. Yes, in fact he had an atrocious year last year. And yes he dropped a ball on Saturday that should have been 6. But football is a team sport not an individual sport. Booing Braylon will not help.
He is probably our best overall option to generate a score while on offense. He will be double teamed all season, or until guys like Robiskie or Cribbs or Patten or whoever lines up at WR make them pay.
Also, if we can't run, we turn one-dimensional, you see how well that worked last season. Gradkowski ended up starting Week 17, due to no healthy QB's. In short, let's try supporting our guys instead of crucifying them (And we wonder why guys like Braylon or Rogers may not want to re-sign with us).
I challenge all Browns fans to make these guys, for better or worse, a part of our family, like the Packers do.
Last is our Quarterback issue. Now I go for Anderson, and a vast of you are for Quinn. I quit trying to debate this issue. Both bring different aspects to the game.
The obvious ones, Anderson better ability for the deep ball. Quinn better huddle presence. I vote for lets pick one and stand by him. Mangini has to make a call. It has to be before the 3rd Pre-Season game, and he must stick with it. Our offense must get that time to gel with their field general. Everyone loves the back up.
So maybe trade the loser of the starting position. Maybe we can get some defensive starters as opposed to the Jets second string off of waivers. I want the Browns team, not last year's Jets team.
In closing, remember who we are, the best fans in the world. This is nothing new to us. I am 30, not as old as some of you. But, the horrible images of "The Fumble" and "The Drive" I remember as well as any of you. So I leave you with a quote from No. 17.
"A lot of times you'll have things change, but people keep the same attitudes," Edwards said. "This isn't anything related to something that I've seen or something I'm subconsciously speaking on. This is something I believe. A lot of times things change and people or mindsets don't change."
Sounds like old Braylon knows what he's talking about. Maybe we need to swallow our pride and re-read his quote and take it to heart. We are in fact Browns fans, and we always keep the same attitude. GO BROWNS!
