Finney-Smith Reinstated

Adam Silverstein of OnlyGators.com reported that Finney-Smith has been reinstated:
"“He’s taken care of all his responsibilities and everything we’ve asked him to do,” Donovan said in a post on the school’s website. “I still feel like he needs to understand that when it comes to some of the choices he’s made there are other people affected by it. From my perspective, he’s got to earn back some trust from our team and show a higher level of commitment, especially being an older guy.”

Finney-Smith to Miss Missouri Game

Gators head coach Bill Donovan revealed Finney-Smith will miss the team's Tuesday game against Missouri, per Jerry Tipton of the Lexington Herald-Leader.
Finney-Smith Suspended Indefinitely
Wednesday, Feb. 18
According to a release from the school (h/t OnlyGators.com's Adam Silverstein), the redshirt junior will miss Wednesday's meeting with Vanderbilt. Details of why he was suspended are not known.
GatorSports.com's Kevin Brockway also reported that Finney-Smith will miss the Gators' game vs. LSU and will have his suspension revisited on Monday.
Finney-Smith, who was also suspended at the beginning of last season, is averaging 12.9 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals per contest. He's shooting 47.5 percent from the field and 39.8 percent from long-range. After winning SEC Sixth Man of the Year last season, he has been one of the most productive players for the young Gators team in 2014-15.
