Forward Jozy Altidore didn't complete the full 90 minutes of the USMNT's international friendly against Panama on Sunday, as the Toronto FC star was substituted at half-time after complaining of soreness in his hamstring.

The 25-year-old recently moved back to MLS after a long stint in Europe, completing a swap deal that saw Jermain Defoe move to the Premier League to join Sunderland.
Altidore looked lively starting for the Stars and Stripes against Panama, but given his wealth of experience playing for the team, it wasn't a huge surprise manager Jurgen Klinsmann took him off at half-time in favour of a less experienced contributor.

The 2015 MLS season will start in March, so Altidore still has plenty of time to recover. Preparations for his first season with his new club may be slightly disrupted, but after a few days' rest, he should be able to rejoin his new team-mates in training.
