Bayern Munich Transfer News and Rumours Tracker: Week of November 10
Bayern Munich can now take a welcome break from a hectic October and start November with an international break offering a two week respite from the daily troubles of running one of the biggest clubs in the world.
Despite strong performances that have kept them in place in each of the three competitions they have high hopes of winning this season, Pep Guardiola shall return to the drawing board and ensure his team are ready for the challenges that await them at the end of the month.
However, such a break will do little to quell the transfer rumours that continue to pursue the club from one week to the next. January is approaching and Bayern may well be set to do some business.

Marco Reus

Another week begins and yet again Bayern forums are rife with news of Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus considering a move to Munich this coming summer.
News has been limited to simple rumours and transfer gossip since the player came out and suggested he hadn't decided anything, as stated on October 31, per Reuters (via the Guardian). This itself was in reaction to Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge suggesting that the club could “potentially be interested” in the player's services.
Since then, the British press have led the way, with the Mirror suggesting on November 8 that the star was set to snub Manchester City in favour of the Bavarian giants.
This was then followed by suggestions that Dortmund are planning on bidding for Chelsea's Andre Schurrle in the event of a Reus departure, a story in the Daily Star on November 10, sourcing Bild. Again, this story hinted at a very likely move to Bayern for Reus.
Miralem Pjanic

Although Bayern would consider themselves among the most established and financially astute clubs in world football today, it wasn't too long ago that young, exciting players tended to turn away from the German champions in favour of clubs in Italy, Spain and even England.
One such player was Miralem Pjanic, who revealed in an interview with Goal.com on November 5, that he had indeed rejected the Bavarian giants at the age of 18.
The creative midfielder told Goal.com:
"I went to Munich to discuss a transfer with Bayern when I was 18.
"
It's not that anything went wrong, but I simply decided that Olympique Lyonnais would be a better option for me in the end.
I don't think I was ready for a club as big as Bayern at the time, so I decided to stay in France. I already knew the language and people knew me, so Lyon were the best option.
And I don't have any regrets over that decision. It was the right move at the time.
We wonder, if offered the choice again, whether the Bosnia-Herzegovina star would once again turn down such an opportunity.
