Juventus Admit Interest in Dani Alves

In an interview with TuttoSport, Beppe Marotta discussed the difficulty in improving the Juventus squad, but candidly admitted an interest in Dani Alves. “It’s not easy to find players worthy of Juve and we don’t want to become some refuge for any old out of contract figure," the director general said (h/t Football Italia).
“Having said all that, Dani Alves is certainly a very good player.” The Barcelona wing-back's current contract expires at the end of the season.
No Juventus Interest in Wesley Sneijder

Reports linking Wesley Sneijder with a move to Juventus have been dismissed in Friday's edition of La Stampa (h/t Football Italia). Earlier this week the Dutch midfielder was believed to be pushing for a move to the Bianconeri, but the Turin-based newspaper insists the club are not interested.
Alvaro Morata Had Offers from English Clubs

Alvaro Morata has said he chose to move to Juventus this summer “out of loyalty” to the Bianconeri. Speaking in an interview with Cadena Ser, the striker also discussed interest in him from the Premier League telling them (h/t Football Italia):
I had offers from England, but in difficult times you have to put your faith in those you can trust. Juventus directors had literally been to my house telling me they wanted to sign me, so it was a decision made out of loyalty.
I feel a kind of responsibility to do well. Not because of how much I cost, but because I came here having hardly played for Real Madrid. A lot of people advised me against this move. They told me to go to a mid-table team. I don’t think I made the wrong choice.
Juventus to Improve Claudio Marchisio Contract Due to English Interest

Claudio Marchisio will be offered an improved new contract to ward off interest from Arsenal according to a report in Italy. According to TuttoSport (h/t Football Italia) the Bianconeri will attempt to secure the player's long-term future amid interest from the Premier League club this week.
The Turin-based paper also notes the long-standing links to Manchester United, and believes the Italian champions will seek to increase Marchisio's salary to €3.5 million per year.
Daniele Rugani Pleased by Juventus Attention

Daniele Rugani has spoken of his disbelief at being part of the Italy squad, while also discussing his future at Juventus. The defender—on loan at Empoli from the Turin giants—has been called up by Antonio Conte as the Azzurri prepare to face Croatia and Albania.
“I’m really struggling to believe I’m actually here,” the 20-year-old told a press conference on Wednesday per Football Italia. “To be here with so many great players can only help me [to develop]. I hope to be the future of this national team, but now I don’t have to think about it.”
“Juventus? The attention of a team so important as them cannot fail to please me, but currently I am focused on Empoli and on the national team.”
Juventus Chase Sampdoria Star Roberto Soriano

Juventus will seek to bring Roberto Soriano to Turin at the end of the season, impressed by the form the 23 year old has shown this term. The midfielder has been called up to the Italian squad for the first time this week, rewarded for his displays with Sampdoria.
A report bySport Italia (h/t Forza Italian Football) believes that while the Bianconeri believe it will be difficult to sign him in January and will therefore wait until the summer.
Genoa and Milan missed out on Paul Pogba

Enrico Preziosi has revealed that his club came close to signing Paul Pogba in co-ownership, but Milan were unwilling to meet the terms of the deal. “Before he signed for Juventus, I met both him and Mino Raiola,” the Genoa president told Corriere della Sera (h/t Football Italia) in an interview on Wednesday.
“He was asking for a co-ownership with a big club, so I talked about this with Adriano Galliani but Milan didn’t accept the conditions dictated by the agent.”

Juventus Already Have Daniele Rugani Agreement

Juventus have already agreed Daniele Rugani will return to Turin this summer, Empoli admitting the player’s co-ownership deal will be resolved. The defender has impressed with the Tuscan side this term, but club president Fabrizio Corsi revealed the Bianconeri have plans in place to recall him at the end of the season.
“He [Rugani] is an amazing guy, he works an hour longer every day than everyone else, and he’s dragged everyone up with him,” the Empoli owner told Radio RAI (h/t Football Italia). “There’s already an agreement in principle for him to return to Juventus next year.”

With the contracts a number of important players set to expire next summer, Beppe Marotta addressed two of the situations with Sky Italia on Monday. “The renewal of [Gigi] Buffon is a formality,” the director general told them per the website of Gianluca Di Marzio.
“We are talking with [Stephan] Lichtsteiner’s agents, because we need to respect some parameters,” he added when asked about the Swiss full-back.
Sebastian Giovinco Ready to Talk to Clubs

With playing time proving difficult to find, Sebastian Giovinco is ready to explore his options when the transfer window opens. His agent, Andrea D’Amico, recently said the striker is willing to discuss his future with Juventus, but he admitted leaving Turin is a distinct possibility.
“When the club calls us, we’ll talk,” Giovinco’s representative told SportItalia (h/t Forza Italian Football).
“In January we’ll possibly talk with other clubs. When he’s called onto the field for five minutes, he tries to make a difference. We are in a holding pattern and are willing to listen to Juventus.”

The sports daily also believes Marco Storari will be replaced as Buffon’s backup, insisting that Juve will recall promising young goalkeeper Nicola Leali from his loan deal with Cesena.
Stephan Lichtsteiner Admits Juventus Talks

With his current contract set to expire in June, Stephan Lichtsteiner has confirmed he is close to signing a new deal with Juventus.
Despite recently being linked with Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain by Gianluca Di Marzio, the 30-year-old told Sky Sport Italia he is discussing an extension with the Bianconeri.
“My contract renewal? We’re talking about it,” Lichtsteiner told them this weekend (h/t Forza Italian Football). “We don’t need to say anything else about it for now.”
