Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1. New York Giants +1000 – - Eli Manning is easily one of the top five quarterbacks in the league. So, let’s just end the argument that Eli can’t do anything with the receivers he currently has. That’s one argument. That New York doesn’t have a wide receiver that will get them to the promised land. Really? That’s it? So, the best front seven in football on the defensive side and a massive offensive line mean nothing? They go into camp as the best in the NFL in my opinion.
2. New England Patriots +575 – - I’m beginning to warm up to the Pats who have started to get some bad press regarding their defense. I just have to believe that Bill Belichick knows what he’s doing. The one thing that bothered me was Tom Brady, but by all accounts he looks phenomenal on the field. That, coupled with a less than difficult schedule against rival AFC East teams, means that the Patriots probably are the best in the AFC.
3. Baltimore Ravens +2200 – - A lot of fellow football gambling will say that the I have the Ravens too high on this list. I like the fact that Joe Flacco got a year to get himself situated and the Le’Ron McClain is absolute beast carrying the ball. The defense is still good and they were a game away from getting to the Super Bowl last year. I like them.
4. Pittsburgh Steelers +850 – - I just don’t see how Ben’s off the field issues won’t affect him and the Steelers this season. The defense is fantastic. Coach Mike Tomlin is a true leader and Big Ben should have more offensive weapons this year than last year, but those off the field issues are worrisome. It’s tough to repeat as it is in the NFL. With Ben’s issues, it could be impossible. Still, they are too talented to leave out of the top five.
5. Philadelphia Eagles +1300 – - Word just broke that the Eagles’ new D-coordinator is going to go ahead and institute Jimmie Johnson’s blitz heavy defensive schemes. That’s all well and good but Johnson’s schemes work because Johnson is a master strategist. We’ll see what happens, but I understand if Eagles’ fans are worried this year.
6. San Diego Chargers +1300 – - The Chargers play in the AFC West, one of the worst divisions in football, so making the playoffs should be a foregone conclusion. They need their defense to improve. If it does, they become one of the favorites to make the Super Bowl and possibly the best team to challenge the Patriots in the playoffs. Pay attention during training camp as this team is only a few players stepping up, and some good play-calling, away from going all the way.
7. Indianapolis Colts +1200 – - All of he pieces are there for the Colts to succeed save for Tony Dungy. That’s a huge missing piece. If they come out of training camp with the same discipline they have in the past, then their improving defense could catapult them to the top of the AFC heap. Then again, they are getting old on the offensive side of the ball and replacing Marvin Harrison will be difficult.
8. Minnesota Vikings +1800 – - Their defense is good, sometimes great. Their running back, Adrian Peterson, is exceptional. Their offensive line can be overpowering and their schedule is one of the easiest in the past 17 years but waiting for Brett Favre feels like pandering to me and their coach, Brad Childress, hasn’t done anything to lead me believe he can lead this team. Yes, they look good on paper, but they looked good last year. I’m not biting just yet.
9. Green Bay Packers +2800 – - I’d rather bet the Packers at the odds than the Vikings. The Packers had excuses last year with injuries to key players on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. They are talented, young, hungry and well coached. They could be the “bounce back” team of 2009.
10. New Orleans Saints +2000 – - The offense is super solid. The coach knows what he’s doing and the defense should be much improved. Why then aren’t they higher in the rankings? Because they are the New Orleans Saints and somehow, someway, they will find a way to fail. It’s in their nature.
