Warnock saw his side battle during Saturday's loss but ultimately fall short against Jose Mourinho's unbeaten outfit. He suggested Pawson's decision to send Damien Delaney off—which arrived just minutes after Cesar Azpilicueta received his marching orders—was made easier by the influence of Chelsea's players.

"The one thing I've not missed when I've been doing media work is refereeing performances like that," said Warnock, per BBC Sport. "I thought he was influenced today. He had four Chelsea players around him."
