Dallas Cowboys: Will Their New Stadium Usher In A New Era?
Like the winds on a dry plain, the Dallas Cowboys' mystique is blowing somewhere in the far distance. Will their new stadium bring "America's team" back to their reign and dominance in the sports' world?
Here are two reasons why it will not and what must change:
Strong Leadership

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In the grandiose days of Tom Landry, Roger Stauback, Jimmie Johnson, Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irving, and Deion Sanders, there was strong leadership in every corner of this mighty team. The leadership by the above was so powerful that it kept everyone else around them performing at their best.
Not only in the locker room, but these men showed their leadership on the field every Sunday. This is what is currently missing in today's Dallas Cowboys, and without solid leadership, they will not see the "promise land."
Front Office Stability and "Hands Off"
Study the history of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New England Patriots, and you will discover why they have been so successful. These organizations hire a coach, and they give him ALL the powers to be the COACH.
The owners are rarely seen or heard, and this model works to a tee. This is what built the Dallas Cowboys and made them a dynasty. Tex Schramm built a perfect running machine and Tom Landry was the engine.
If Wade Phillips is the coach, then give him the powers to be a Tom Landry or Jimmy Johnson. We all love Jerry Jones, but let's just follow the style of the Steelers, Patriots and the 1970s Cowboys for a couple of years and watch things turn around for the better.
Einstein quoted: "You must be insane if you think you will get different results if you are doing the exact same thing."
Make a change and you will get better results. Period.
