DeMarco Murray was officially made active for Sunday's game vs. Dallas, via Lindsay Jones of USA Today:
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Sunday morning that Murray would play with a pad on his hand. However, he also reported there are some concerns within the Cowboys surrounding his role today:
"It's not about doing one thing. I have to be able to do everything," Murray said, courtesy of ESPN's Ed Werder.
Yesterday, Desmond Purnell of NFL Network also stated Murray was expected to play despite being officially listed as questionable:

Marc Sessler of NFL.com reported on DeMarco Murray's activity at Thursday's practice:
"Murray's activities mirrored his work from Wednesday, with the running back participating in pass-catching drills before stepping aside as Lance Dunbar took first-team snaps, per ESPNDallas.com. Murray again wore protection over his surgically repaired hand, but he didn't shy away from holding the ball with both mitts.
Jason Garrett told reporters before practice that he expected Murray to do more in Thursday's session, but the Cowboys coach emphasized that "watching (results from) other games won't affect" whether Murray will play against Indianapolis. Garrett insisted the Cowboys would "make the right decision by (Murray) and by our football team."

Following practice, Murray spoke about the chances of playing on Sunday, telling David Helman of DallasCowboys.com that he would "probably" be the one to make the decision to play or not.

Carrying the football is an important responsibility, so you have to be able to do it. I think we all want to see it and I know he wants to see it. So we'll take it day by day and see how he progresses.

Jon Machota of The Dallas Morning News provided the latest details on the Dallas Cowboys running back, who will have surgery to repair a broken bone in his hand, according to Cowboys Executive Vice President Stephen Jones:

Murray is currently the NFL's leading rusher, totaling 1,687 yards on the ground with 11 touchdowns.
Despite his skill, Murray has constantly been held back by injuries. The 26-year-old running back has not completed a full 16-game season in his four-year career, missing a total of 11 games in that stretch.
