Best Ways for WWE to Capitalize on Brock Lesnar's WrestleMania Victory

Following his shocking victory over The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX, just how can WWE capitalize on Brock Lesnar's newfound momentum?

Certainly, Lesnar is in a better position now than he has ever been since returning to the company in April 2012.

As the man who obliterated The Streak, he is both awe-inspiring and terrifying to fans. He's a monster who can demolish any roadblock in his path.

The next logical step in Lesnar's journey would be the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Manager Paul Heyman hinted at the beginning of the year that this was his client's overall goal, and it's hard to see WWE not returning to the idea at some point soon.

A Lesnar-Daniel Bryan program sounds like a great idea—provided, of course, that Lesnar emerges with the title.

Perhaps ending Bryan's reign so early might anger his loyal fans. And Lesnar's part-time schedule may be a hindrance considering WWE seems to like champions who can work house shows (although Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson did hold the belt for a few months last year despite his Hollywood obligations).

But if WWE is to capitalize on Lesnar's momentum and turn him into the big-money draw he was in UFC, it absolutely has to put the world title on him at some point this year. It's the one thing he has yet to accomplish since coming back.

Besides, there's almost certainly more money in Bryan chasing Lesnar for the title. Bryan has always worked far better as the determined, underdog babyface.

And come on, anything is better than the dreadful-sounding Kane-Bryan bout WWE has been hinting at in the last week.

There are other options for Lesnar, even if WWE decide to keep him out of the title picture.

A rematch with John Cena would be intriguing—and Lesnar never did get his win back, did he?

Destroying Cena on pay-per-view would further solidify the former MMA fighter as the most dominant monster in WWE history.

Another rematch with The Undertaker—where The Deadman attempts to avenge his loss at WrestleMania XXX—could be on the cards too. It really just depends on whether Undertaker feels he has one more match left in him.

Or perhaps he can turn babyface.

If nothing else, many fans respect him hugely for being the man who finally ended The Streak. Sooner or later, people are going to get behind this super-strong, butt-kicking behemoth who crushes everything in his path. People like winners.

In the next few months, WWE has the opportunity to turn Lesnar into the Superstar he should have been in 2012. All it takes is some astute booking and the right opponents.
