Brandt Snedeker
Brandt Snedeker, ranked No. 5 in the world headed into Augusta this year, had a share of the lead at seven-under through three days at the tournament.
But the man who posted three consecutive top-three finishes at the beginning of the year (including a win at Pebble Beach) vanished into thin air at Augusta on Sunday.
Snedeker started off with a birdie, but went on to post six bogeys (to two birdies) down the stretch. The 32-year-old from Nashville ended up registering a three-over 75 on the final day of the 2013 Masters, scoring a four-under 284 for the tournament.
Snedeker still finished in a tie for sixth place, but he had a chance to capture his first career major.
Jim Furyk
Jim Furyk, the 2003 U.S. Open champion, headed into the last day at Augusta with four career top-10 finishes at the Masters. He was tied for ninth place to start Day 4.
But the 42-year-old posted a four-over 76 on the last day, notching six bogeys (to two birdies) along the way. That included scoring a bogey on each of his last two holes. He finished tied for 25th place, with a two-over 290.
Furyk hasn't finished in the top 10 at the Masters since 2009 and this was his worst finish since then.
Rickie Fowler
Rickie Fowler is still a young golfer at 24 years of age, but his results at the Masters aren't exactly getting better.
The Florida native placed 27th in his second appearance at Augusta last year, but ended up in 38th place this year despite finding his name in the top 10 at the start of Day 4.
Fowler had one of the worst performances of Day 4, posting a six-over 78 on Sunday. He notched four birdies, but he also registered six bogeys and two double bogeys.
It was a disappointing outing for a young golfer who had posted three top-10 finishes this year before the Masters, including a third-place finish at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
