Olympic Live Stream 2012: When and Where to Watch Monday's Medal Events
Even though Monday is only Day 3 of the 2012 London Olympics, there are still a ton of gold medals on the line in a number of different sports and disciplines.
From more mainstream sports with big-name stars—such as Ryan Lochte starring in the men’s 200-meter freestyle final—to more obscure events—like women’s epee fencing—NBC has found a way to quench your insatiable thirst to watch medals be awarded.
The best way to catch all the action is via live stream at NBCOlympics.com. This handy feed allows viewers to take in every single competition as it happens, rather than wait for a tape-delayed showing on one of the NBC television networks or a write-up of the results.
Let’s take a look at when each and every final or medal event will be taking place on Monday, July 30 and highlight some can’t-miss events.

Can’t-Miss Events
Swimming: Men’s 200-meter freestyle
Lochte is going for another gold and has been absolutely dominating the 2012 London Games. However, the American is not even the favorite to win this competition (according to bovada.lv).
That honor goes to Sun Yang, a Chinese national that won the 400-meter freestyle earlier in the London Games.
This should be an excellent race that comes down to the wire, with Yang and Lochte finishing No. 1 and No. 2 in some order.
Gymnastics: Men’s team final
The United States men absolutely dominated the qualifying round and look like favorites.
The Chinese team faltered in qualifying but still managed to advance to the finals and is a major threat to the Americans' chance to win gold.
If the U.S. holds on for gold, it’ll be a miraculous feat for the country that hasn’t been on top of the podium since 1984 despite being a perennial contender.
