NBA Free Agency Rumors: Breaking Down Grant Hill's Potential Landing Spots
The NBA's second-oldest player is surprisingly in high demand this offseason.
Free agent forward Grant Hill is interested in some of the league's top teams, including the New York Knicks according to Frank Isola via Twitter:
"Grant Hill, NBA's second oldest player behind Kurt Thomas, is considering Knicks, Lakers & Heat. Hill's wife, the singer Tamia, prefers NY

Hill will turn 40 this coming October, but he still hopes to add something to a contending team before he calls its quits.
Here we break down Hill's potential landing spots this summer and what he would bring to each destination.
New York Knicks
The Knicks have been adding veterans all summer long, including the league's top rebounder per 48 minutes last season, Marcus Camby, and veteran floor general Jason Kidd.
According to Knicks beat writer Frank Isola via Twitter, New York isn't done just yet:
"The Knicks recently met with free agent Grant Hill in Las Vegas, sources tell the Daily News.

Although the Knicks would be getting even older by adding Hill, they would be improving. Hill can still bring a dependable defensive presence night in and night out in addition to a high basketball IQ.
Hill wouldn't be asked to carry the scoring load on a team that features offensive juggernauts in Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire. He would be the intelligent, team-first role player the Knicks need in order to contend.
Miami Heat
Considering how eager LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have been to welcome fresh faces to South Beach, the Heat would love to pick up Grant Hill for next season.
Hill isn't exactly a spot-up three-point shooter, but the Heat already acquired that in Ray Allen, and Hill can still have an impact on Miami's half-court defense as well as provide a steady veteran hand while the Big Three are resting.
The Heat can only get better by adding Hill, and both parties would be one step closer to a championship if the veteran lands in South Florida.
Los Angeles Lakers
If headed to Los Angeles, Hill would be reunited with former Phoenix Suns teammate Steve Nash, and the Lakers would be in ready supply of leadership.
The motivation for Hill to join the Lakers is simple—to win a ring and become an NBA champion. A core of Kobe, Nash, Bynum and Gasol is more than enough to win it all, but adding a piece like Hill would be significant for a bench unit that has struggled mightily in the past.
Hill averaged 10.2 points and 3.5 rebounds per game last season with the Suns at age 39 and has enough left in the tank to contribute 20-25 minutes per night.
