Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I believe the team should have used one of its first-round selections on a WR, but they didn't; they took RB Trent Richardson and QB Brandon Weeden instead. Both are solid prospects, and Richardson figures to be a highly-productive player.
The Browns needed weapons in the passing game, and they really didn't bring any in—until now.
Gordon is a 6'3" 220-pound playmaker out of Baylor, and he spent some time at Utah as well. He had some personal issues that caused him to be released from Baylor's program, but since then he has righted the ship, as he confirmed with Houston Chronicles' John McClain.

With a receiving corp that features Josh Cribbs, Greg Little and Mohammed Massaquoi as the best of the bunch, Gordon could make an immediate impact.
Gordon is blessed to have received this opportunity, and hopefully he makes the best of it. This was a smart move by the Browns who are quietly building a nice offense.
