In honor of Vikings Day, we'll start our serving of tasty hot links in Minnesota.
Before I get into that, I just wanted to direct you to Kevin Seifert's post on ESPN about the sticky spot the NFLPA finds itself in while they appeal the suspensions resulting from the Saints' bounty program.
I'm going to link the heck out of that thing as I believe it is a vital question to ask of the NFLPA—how do you serve two masters?
On to the rest of the links.
The Star Tribune has some good video of the early Vikings workouts up today.
Minnesota Governer Mark Dayton had some harsh words for legislators before yesterday's meeting and it seems to have worked, according to ESPN and The Associated Press.

Check it out—there are some excellent quotes in there.
Of course this all brings back the suicide of Dave Duerson, and former safety Shaun Gayle makes a few connections between the two in the Tribune.
BleacherReport.com featured columnist Ross Read talks about how each of the Bears' draft picks fits into the team's overall plan for the coming season.
The Journal Sentinel has some details on the Hargrove suspension and what it means.
Adam Schefter reported that the Packers will be losing their director of college scouting to the Raiders. It may just be the tip of the iceberg as Reggie McKenzie has strong ties to Green Bay.
Yesterday I went over the Lions draft, in particular the pick of Ryan Broyles and what he might need to do to "deserve" the second-round pick. Justin Rogers of MLive takes a great look in the same vein and it's well worth checking out.
BleacherReport.com writer Sigmund Bloom takes issue with analyst Greg Cosell's view of the Lions' draft on the Huge Upside blog.
