NFL Draft QB Roundup: Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III and Ryan Tannehill
It is a week until the draft, and finally the Colts have given an official notification to Andrew Luck about their intention to draft him with the first overall pick. The Redskins also legitimized their intentions to draft Baylor stud Robert Griffin III after trading up with the Rams to get the second overall pick.
All the way back in February there was speculation about these selections. The Super Bowl talk was permeated with talk about Andrew Luck's selection by the Colts. So, Andrew Luck is finally the undisputed lock for the first pick of the 2012 draft.
With all certainty taken away in the draft talk for the top two quarterbacks, the discussion turns to Texas A&M field general Ryan Tannehill.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tannehill boasted some pretty respectable numbers in 2011. He threw 327 completions for 531 attempts (62 percent) for 3744 yards. He went largely unnoticed during the regular season due to A&M's poor conference record.
Many analysts including ESPN's Mel Kiper think Tannehill may be the third choice in quarterbacks in this year's draft. Kiper said on SportsNation today that Florida may have interest in Tannehill.
Offensive coordinator Mike Sherman coached Tannehill during his tenure as A&M's head coach. Sherman has worked extensively developing Tannehill into the passing threat he is today.
If anyone knows whether Tannehill is draft-worthy, it is Sherman. Rising quarterbacks will eventually plateau in their skill development. If Tannehill is as good as he is going to get, Sherman will be well aware.
Rumors have also been flying that the Kansas City Chiefs may be interested in trading up to land Tannehill.
