WrestleMania 28: John Cena Is Far More Valuable as a Loser
The Rock is supposed to come in and roll over for John Cena as if he owed some gigantic favor to Vince McMahon. It is far more beneficial for Cena to be get the beatdown of his life.
If we are looking for what is most interesting, and not what is right, we find that a Cena loss will scratch us right where we itch.
Yes, The Rock is as good as gone when WrestleMania ends and, yes, John Cena will be left to clean-up duties after this weekend.

That doesn't mean a Cena win is all that palatable, or even the least bit interesting. His getting over is the what we all expect, even to the point of it being mundane.
If you really want to get ramped up for this weekend, consider that anything can happen. Forget the buildup and what we think we know, and the main event becomes all the more enticing.
I understand that we have a part-time problem in the form of The Rock being called back to Hollywood and leaving the WWE in the hands of Cena, a man who continues to get booed by half of those in attendance.
With that being said, it's not time to pass the torch, and the WWE knows that. I wouldn't be the least bit shocked to find that this weekend's epic clash of rivals is not the last time we see The Rock in the WWE.
If he really wanted to do this world a solid, he would take this one-year return and turn into into two. The fans are not ready to accept this same tired personae of Cena to carry the torch from one of the best to ever throw it down.

The worst forms of entertainment are the known quantities. Spoilers can really ruin a good time, and that is why I hope nothing is given headed into WrestleMania.
A Cena win has me ho-humming, but a loss will have me captivated, as it will the rest of the nation.
