NBA Trade Rumors: Running Down Latest Speculation
The NBA trade deadline is a mere two days away from coming and going, but as of now, the first domino has yet to drop.
While there's been some major speculation involving some of the NBA's biggest names, it looks as if some major deals are unlikely to happen.
Of course, it only takes one big deal to trigger a bunch of others.
With that being said, let's take a look at the latest trade buzz around the association.
Brandon Jennings
1 of 10SI.com's Sam Amick was the first to report that the Milwaukee Bucks would deal their young point guard for the right price.
Steve Kyler of Hoopsworld also chimed in with the fact that if Milwaukee moves center Andrew Bogut, they will look to deal Jennings next.
As early as Tuesday morning, it looks as if Jennings won't be going anywhere.
Marcus Spears of Yahoo Sports reported through Twitter that Jennings won't be going anywhere by the deadline.

Utah Jazz
2 of 10Utah isn't currently linked to any big-name talent on the trading block, but that doesn't mean they won't be active.
Jazz general manager Kevin O'Connor told Jody Genessy of the Deseret News that he's exploring trade options with long-term gain in mind.
""In the job that I have, one of the responsibilities is to improve the team," O'Connor said. "Now you can't improve the team without looking to make trades, and that's what we do. There's 29 other guys that have the same responsibilities to their teams, and they do the same thing. There's a lot of conversations."

Names such as Devin Harris, Derrick Favors and C.J. Miles have been speculated in the past, and it's thought that even Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson could be had for the right price.
Andrew Bogut
3 of 10Houston, Golden State and Washington are the three teams that Ken Berger of CBS Sports believes to be in on the Milwaukee center.
A deal for Bogut, however, likely hinders on what happens to Dwight Howard.
Berger also reports that Houston is close to backing off Bogut to pursue a separate deal, but that separate deal doesn't involve Pau Gasol.
Dwight Howard
4 of 10It looks more and more that Orlando general manager Otis Smith will continue to explore opportunities to add to the Magic in an attempt to convince Dwight Howard to stay. If he's unsuccessful, he will begin to look at dealing the All-Star center on Thursday.
Smith continues to target Golden State's Monta Ellis, and while there was a rumored three-team deal on the table yesterday that could have brought Ellis to Orlando, Golden State quickly pulled out of it.
ESPN's Marc Stein reported that the Warriors aren't going to part with Ellis, and the feeling is that the only way Ellis heads to Orlando is if Howard is going to Golden State.
As for trading Howard, it's still a long shot given where the Magic are in the Eastern Conference and the lack of good offers that will likely come in.
Peter Vecsey of the New York Post doesn't see a deal happening.
""The Magic must like any trade they make at this point," the GM said. "If they can get 90-95 cents on the dollar for Dwight, my guess is they’ll deal. If it’s 70 cents, I think they’ll play it out like the Cavs did with LeBron."
"
A decision on Howard likely won't be made until the final minutes of the deadline.
Raymond Felton
5 of 10The Lakers' search for a point guard could begin and end with Portland's Raymond Felton, as Berger reports that the Lakers are still in on the former North Carolina Tar Heel.
The deal would likely send Steve Blake and another piece Portland's way.
While Felton is having the worst year of his career, Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak is hoping a change of scenery is just what he needs.
Rajon Rondo
6 of 10Celtics President of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge tried to put an end to the Rajon Rondo speculation by telling telling CSNNE.com's A. Sherrod Blakely that Rondo won't be going anywhere.
"I don't know how many times I have to say it. Rondo's not being traded," Ainge said.
Unless Ainge gets blown away by a deal that would bring back young talent and draft picks, it looks like Boston won't be moving any of their core pieces before the trade deadline.
Philadelphia 76ers
7 of 10Many in Philadelphia wonder exactly what the Sixers will do at the deadline to make a run, but according to team president Rod Thorn, don't expect them to do much at all.
Thorn told Bob Cooney of the Philadelphia Daily News that the team is likely to be very quiet at the deadline.
With Evan Turner performing well as a starter and Spencer Hawes almost ready to come back, it looks like the Sixers are more than happy with what they currently have.
Los Angeles Clippers
8 of 10The Clippers need a shooter, but it doesn't look like they will get one.
They've been tied to both Jamal Crawford and Ray Allen in the past week, but the Clippers are unwilling to part with young point guard Eric Bledsoe for a rental player.
With that being said, it doesn't look like Lob City is going to be position to add that missing piece.
Pau Gasol
9 of 10Berger reports that the Lakers are serious about trading Gasol in the right deal in an attempt to save future payroll.
However, the target they've been eyeing, Houston's Kyle Lowry, is currently out two to four weeks, which could put a halt to a potential Gasol-to-Houston trade.
There's no doubt though that the Lakers are still shopping Gasol, though.
Josh Smith
10 of 10Smith has made it no secret that he wants out of Atlanta, but according to Ken Berger it looks like the Hawks are content with their roster, outside of a possible salary dump with Kirk Hinrich.
If Hawks general manager Rick Sund is going to move Smith, it's more likely to come during the offseason instead of by Thursday's deadline.
