March Madness 2012 Predictions: Most Overrated Teams in Round of 64
For every underrated team that ousts a top seed in the NCAA Tournament, there's a top seed that was overrated all along.
There are plenty of high seeds that won't blossom in March Madness, but wither and die. These are the bad seeds of the bunch.
Here's a look at three overrated teams in the Round of 64.

3. Louisville (No. 4 Seed, West Region)
Yes, the Cardinals have Rick Pitino, but you also need to have a team capable of making a deep run in the tournament, and I just don't see it.
The fact of the matter is, this team has gotten by with its defense all season long, but there comes a time when you need to start putting up points...and that time is now.
Louisville faces No. 13 seed Davidson in the Round of 64, an underdog that has the ability to put up loads of points and can dictate the pace of the game with its fast-paced tempo.
Forget a deep run. Louisville may not even beat its first opponent.
2. Michigan (No. 4 Seed, Midwest Region)
The Michigan Wolverines have beaten some ranked teams this season, but they also lost to a bunch of them, including getting embarrassed by Ohio State in the Big Ten tournament semifinals, 77-55.
When you look at the collective size of the Michigan starters, you may think you're looking at a high school team. They start one legitimate big man, which is part of the reason they're ranked 311th in the nation in rebounding.
The Wolverines live and die by the three-ball, but they shoot it at a 35 percent clip, which is good but not great.
Don't be surprised if the Wolverines get ousted early.
1. Ohio State (No. 2 Seed, East Region)
The Ohio State Buckeyes looked scary headed into this season, ranked third in the nation.
The problem is, they don't really scare anyone anymore.
They have the potential to play consistent, great ball, but they rarely play up to their potential, and that includes Jared Sulinger.
They've recently lost to Wisconsin, Michigan and Michigan State (twice). They also don't have a lot of depth. If William Buford and Aaron Craft struggle shooting the ball, the backups are Shannon Scott and Jordan Sibert, who are shooting 28 percent and 26 percent respectively.
And beyond Sullinger, there isn't another rebounding presence on the Buckeyes.
I see Ohio State advancing to the Sweet 16, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Florida State or Cincinnati knocked them out once they got there.
