LeBron James: King Reveals Disturbing Mindset Yet Again After Miami Heat Loss

David DanielsJun 7, 2018

911, LeBron James is queasy.

The unstoppable Miami Heat machine malfunctioned against the mediocre Utah Jazz on Friday night in a 99-98 loss, but another tally in the L-column should be the least of their concerns. Pat Riley must be at a loss for words, though, at the unfathomably weak mentality of their supposed superstar.

Down one with seconds left in regulation, LeBron passed on yet another potential game-winning shot. The teammate that he just had to get the rock to? Udonis Haslem.

But the King allowing another to wear his crown in the final seconds once again isn’t even the most disturbing development of the night.

After the game, James intelligently fell back on Twitter to vent. He tweeted:

"

Man I have a sick feeling in my stomach right now! Really wanted tonight's game. I just had to make one more dang play out there.

— LeBron James (@KingJames) March 3, 2012

"

"

A stop, rebound, a shot, assist, a block, whatever it took. I fell short again!

— LeBron James (@KingJames) March 3, 2012

"

There are so many things wrong with that pair of tweets that it’s sickening.

But first off, LeBron is an absolute beast. Last night, James filled up the stat sheet with 35 points, 10 boards, six assists and three blocks, and he's been doing it all season long. There is no debate for league MVP; it’s already in his trophy case.

LeBron continues to prove there has been no professional athlete to ever touch the planet with his rare combination of physical ability, skill and cowardice.

James’ second tweet really plunges a dagger into the heart of any argument that dares to compare him to the all-time greats.

“I fell short again!” Are you absolutely kidding me?!

Michael Jordan would cut off his hand before releasing that type of message to the world. The idea of saying the word again following the phrase I fell short would never tempt Larry Bird’s tongue. And you can’t possibly imagine Kobe Bryant using an exclamation point to set the tone for such a crushing letdown.

LeBron expressing his extreme disappointment as a competitor to the world is fine. Shouldering the blame for a loss and admitting what he did wrong is cool as well. But just like in the fourth quarter of games, James failed to finish his tweets strong, resulting in him confirming his insanely soft mentality.
