NFL Draft 2012: Teams That Must Address QB Need in First Two Rounds
In order to thrive in the NFL, a team has to have a legitimate quarterback capable of greatness. Some teams do not have this, which is why they'll be looking to fix their problem in the 2012 NFL draft.
Free agency is also a time to find a new quarterback, and some teams will focus on that more than the draft. Still, finding young talent in the draft to help build for the future is what needs to be done in April, and certain teams will do a better job than others.
That being said, here are three teams that must address their need for a quarterback early in the draft. I'm excluding the Indianapolis Colts because they're too obvious.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Washington Redskins
Mike Shanahan has to realize he isn't going to get anywhere in the NFC East with Rex Grossman and John Beck as his quarterbacks.
This is why he needs to trade up to ensure he gets Robert Griffin III. The Heisman Trophy winner has all the tools to thrive at the next level, and he'd work out very will with the offensive weapons the Redskins currently have.
Griffin is a dual-threat QB that doesn't have to rely solely on his legs, which is why he's going to be extremely dangerous in the NFL.
Washington needs a new QB, and Griffin is the best option.
Seattle Seahawks
Tarvaris Jackson isn't going to be leading the Seahawks to greatness anytime soon, and Charlie Whitehurst isn't the answer either.
With the No. 12 pick in the draft, the Seahawks' only chance of landing a QB in the first round is if they trade up for Griffin.
That will be very hard, so using the second-round pick on a QB is their best bet. Guys like Ryan Tannehill, Kirk Cousins, Nick Foles, Brandon Weeden or Brock Osweiler would be great picks for Seattle.
Pete Carroll has to find his future quarterback early in the 2012 NFL draft, because if he doesn't, he may not be around much longer.
Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins could very well find their new QB during free agency, and Peyton Manning would probably be the favorite should he be released by the Colts.
With the No. 8 pick, the Dolphins could trade up for Griffin, but that will come at a high price. If the Dolphins do indeed land Manning, they're still going to need a young guy to come in and be ready for the future.
Using their second-round pick for a QB such as Tannehill, Cousins or Foles would be a great. That rookie QB would be able to learn from Manning, which would be tremendous.
If the Dolphins get Matt Flynn in free agency, they may not draft a QB in the early rounds, but it would still be beneficial. Selecting a project QB for the future would be a safe bet for Miami no matter what it does in free agency.
