Ashley Cole's Injury Could Mean the End for Chelsea Manager Andre-Villas-Boas
In just his first season, Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas could be out the door as the Blues have hit one of the roughest patches in the club's recent history.
Amidst a spell in which they have accrued just three points from their last four matches, the bad news just keeps piling onto Villas-Boas.
Reports of a bust-up between the manager and the players on the Chelsea training ground have surfaced. Worse yet, the confrontation allegedly took place in front of Chelsea's Roman Abramovich, who has been notoriously quick on the trigger when it comes to changing managers.

And now, to top it all off, defender Ashley Cole has reportedly suffered a calf injury that could sideline him for a good length of time.
Cole has been one of the few bright spots for Chelsea in defense this season. He has missed very few matches and played relatively consistently (especially given the rest of the back-line's play).
When asked about the injury, Villas-Boas said, "It does not look good."
With another defender out and struggling to keep their opponents from finding the back of the net, this injury could not come at a worse time for the Chelsea manager.
Villas-Boas has taken responsibility for dropping points for the past few weeks. Because of this and the reported training ground altercation, Villas-Boas is in desperate need of a few wins.
However, these wins have been made much more difficult with Cole sitting on the sidelines.
His seat already been made hot, this injury could be the death knell for AVB at Chelsea.
Could Inter be looming in the near future?
