Super Bowl 2012 Live Stream: Features We Wished the NFL Included

Jeff ChaseJun 7, 2018

For the first time ever, the NFL will be live streaming this year's Super Bowl. While this will be a great new feature for the biggest sporting event of the year, especially for those who can't get to a TV, there really are no features that are going to make fans run to use the product.

If the NFL were to add the following features, the live stream could potentially be a much more compelling option for years to come.

1. Quarterback Cameras

One thing that would be sweet is to watch the ensuing action from the eyes of both quarterbacks Eli Manning and Tom Brady.

Both guys would give a unique view of the game, and it would allow us to see the action in a completely new light.

Could you imagine watching Justin Tuck coming off the line, having Brady's eyes desperately searching to get the ball out?

2. Mic'd Up Players

There are likely going to be players mic'd up at today's game, but nothing would be cooler than following around one of today's stars totally uncensored. We could listen to them swear, talk on the bench, scream for their life or whatever happens during the game.

It would certainly be interesting to see how they would act, especially since they wouldn't be able to hold themselves back when they forget that they have the world listening to them.

3. Tweet with Ochocinco

Could you imagine if the NFL allowed fans to tweet with Chad Ochocinco during the game? The man is notorious for tweeting with fans, and it would definitely be an interesting way to gain fan interest.

Plus, who knows how much action No. 85 will get on the field in today's big game.

Live Streaming can be found here at NBCSports.com
