NFL Rumors: Laurent Robinson Likely to Remain with Dallas Cowboys
Receiver Laurent Robinson was largely seen as a disappointment before joining the Dallas Cowboys this season and revitalizing his career.
Robinson, who was selected in the third round by the Atlanta Falcons in 2007, only had 1,000 receiving yards in four seasons before 2011.
Then Robinson went on to become one of quarterback Tony Romo's most trusted targets this season, racking up 858 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 games.

And whadya know? This just happened to be a contract year for Robinson.
That's right, Robinson, after a career year, will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason, meaning he's likely to get a long term, eight-figure deal wherever he lands.
But, despite appearing as if he may be on his way out, there are signs pointing to him staying in Dallas.
During an appearance on ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM's Ben and Skin Show, Robinson said, via ESPN, "This is where I want to be. It doesn’t matter if I’m the No. 1, 2 or 3. I feel like I have a good fit here.”
Robinson also added that having fun and being comfortable with the organization was more important than the money.
Of course, this can all change with a lucrative enough deal, but it's not like teams are going to gun for him as if he's a superstar. After all, this was Robinson's first big season of his career.
The Cowboys also have incentive to bring back Robinson. Receiver Miles Austin continues to be plagued by injuries, not to mention very expensive, and Robinson actually outperformed Dez Bryant at times this season.
One thing's for sure: Robinson is going to be making a little more than the veteran's minimum of $685,000.
