Eagles' A.J. Brown Seen Reading Book in Viral Video During Playoff Game vs. Packers
During Sunday's NFC Wild Card matchup against the Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles star receiver A.J. Brown took the time to do some light reading.
Brown, who didn't see much volume come his way during the game, was seen reading the book Inner Excellence while sitting on the sidelines:

After the Eagles' 22-10 win over the Packers, Brown explained to reporters that he brings the book to "every single game" and he considers it something that "gives me a sense of peace."
The 27-year-old also posted about the book's importance to him:
"This game is 90% mental and 10% physical for me. I bring it to every game and I read it between each drive. I use it to refocus and lock in despite what may transpire in the game good or bad. People tend to create controversy when they don't know the truth."
Brown finished the game with just one catch for 10 yards on three targets as the Eagles advanced to the Divisional Round. While his frustration would've been understandable amid his quiet day, many on social media still had a lot to say about his choice to get some reading in during a playoff game:
Despite his lack of production, Brown said he actually wasn't frustrated and he was pleased with his contributions to the win that didn't show up on the stat sheet.
"Felt good, felt really good. Moving around really good. It didn't show it on the stats, but I did a lot for my teammates, blocking and stuff, so it's all good," he told reporters.
The Eagles finished with 169 rushing yards, with star running back Saquon Barkley leading the way with 119 yards. Quarterback Jalen Hurts threw two touchdowns to Jahan Dotson and Dallas Goedert, but he only threw for 131 yards in the win.
Brown wasn't shy about letting his displeasure be known with the passing game during the regular season, so it seems like he's turned over a new leaf. He will look to make more of a difference on the field when the Eagles return to action next week.
