Reaves originally signed with Rigorer in April 2022 as a brand ambassador. In 2023, he penned a new deal that ushered his own signature shoe and then expanded the partnership to attain an ownership equity stake.

The 26-year-old remains the only NBA player to have a Rigorer signature kick.

Reaves is coming off a 2023-24 season in which he averaged 15.9 points and 5.5 assists while shooting 48.6 percent from the field. He also put up 16.8 points per contest in the Lakers' first-round playoff loss to the Denver Nuggets.

The 6'5" guard is a key supporting piece in L.A. behind LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The Athletic's Jovan Buha reported in June the team was committed to Reaves and won't trade him unless it can land "a legit All-Star," citing the Lakers' unwillingness to include him in a package for Dejounte Murray.
