Texans' Stefon Diggs Praises Josh Allen: I Wouldn't Be Where I Am Without Bills QB
After being traded from the Buffalo Bills to the Houston Texans this offseason, star receiver Stefon Diggs has no ill will toward his former quarterback.
Diggs told reporters on Tuesday that Buffalo Bills star signal-caller Josh Allen is still "my guy" and was an important part of his career.
"He really embraced me, kind of had that southern hospitality," Diggs said. "So for me, he embraced me and spent a lot of time, and I probably wouldn't be right here if it wasn't for him."

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮
Diggs arrived to Buffalo in 2020 after spending the first five years of his career with the Minnesota Vikings. He immediately developed a connection with Allen, recording career highs of 127 catches and 1,535 receiving yards in their first year as teammates. He finished with over 1,000 yards in each of his four years with the Bills, and he and Allen helped the team establish itself as one of the top contenders in the AFC.
Diggs will now be catching passes from C.J. Stroud, who is coming off a stellar first year in the league in which he earned NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year honors. The two of them will try to help a fast-rising Texans team contend for a spot in Super Bowl 59 this season.
