Antonio Brown: Pittsburgh Steelers Wideout Reportedly Has Crazy Baby Mama
If only Antonio Cromartie and Travis Henry were more like Antonio Brown. The Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver isn’t doing the bare minimum to raise his son and just pay child support; he actually wants to take responsibility for him. Well, Brown’s reportedly crazy baby mama is accusing him of kidnapping their child.
According to TMZ, Shameika Brailsford has filed documents in Miami that Brown has had custody of their son for months and that she is asking the court to send law enforcement to bring back her child.
What beautiful motherly instincts.

Yeah, right.
The receiver’s lawyer Jason Marks responded to Brailsford’s accusations, saying:
"None of that is true. The mother consented to the child living with Mr. Brown back in February. The mother obviously knew where the child was the entire time and, in fact, Mr. Brown recently arranged for the mother to visit with the child in Pittsburgh. This is nothing more than a classic attempt to shake down a professional athlete for money.
"
Brailsford may say she’s worried to death over her baby not being taken care of by Brown, but she shouldn’t be. The wideout, after all, is an NFL player and while his paycheck isn’t fat compared to others, he’ll still get paid $429,358 this season (via spotrac).
I’m just making an educated guess that if Miss Brailsford is trying to squeeze pennies out of Brown like his lawyer believes, she isn’t making $429,358 annually.
Lies or not, Brown is the latest in a long line of Steelers to make the news for something negative and non-football related. Rashard Mendenhall showed why you should think before you tweet, Hines Ward why you should sober up before you drive and James Harrison why you should think and/or sober up before you spill your guts out to a magazine.
The up and coming offensive weapon would love to avoid being the latest Pittsburgh player to end up in hot water.
