Warriors Rumors: Steph Curry to Get Imaging on Ankle Injury After Exiting vs. Bulls
The Golden State Warriors suffered two losses on Thursday night with Stephen Curry leaving in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury before they were defeated 125-122 by the Chicago Bulls.
According to ESPN's Kendra Andrews, Curry "is getting imaging done on his ankle" on Friday to determine the severity of the injury.
Klay Thompson said the Warriors will "miss" Curry if he has to sit out games due to the injury.

Report: ESPN Trying To Land Steve Kerr

Brown Rips Refs on Stream 😡
"I know we're going to miss him if he does need time off," Thompson told reporters after the loss. "We've been in this position before where he has had time off, and we just got to do it collectively. I know he'll be ready to go when he does come back, whenever that is. We just wish him a speedy recovery."
Head coach Steve Kerr was unable to provide additional updates on Curry's status during his postgame press conference.
The injury occurred when Curry appeared to roll his ankle on a drive to the basket with 3:51 remaining in the fourth quarter. He limped around the court trying to walk it off before being subbed out and taken to the locker room.
Curry didn't speak with reporters after the game, but Draymond Green said his teammate's sprits were "high" in the locker room.
The Warriors took a 119-118 lead on Thompson's three-pointer with 39 seconds remaining. DeMar DeRozan's three-point play on the next possession gave Chicago a lead it wouldn't relinquish.
One of the biggest problems the Warriors have had this season is roster incontinuity. Andrew Wiggins' return on Wednesday after missing four games for personal reasons marked the first time since November that Golden State had its full roster available.
Curry hasn't missed a game since Jan. 13 and has only sat out three games all season. The two-time NBA MVP was held to 15 points on 5-of-18 shooting in 29 minutes prior to leaving in the fourth quarter.
If Curry has to miss time, Chris Paul will likely move into the starting lineup. The 12-time All-Star scored 15 points and dished out five assists in 24 minutes against the Bulls.
The loss dropped Golden State's record to 33-29, but it was able to maintain its spot in ninth place in the Western Conference. The Los Angeles Lakers (34-30) are percentage points behind the Warriors in the play-in tournament race.
Golden State does have two of the next three days off, with its only game this weekend against the San Antonio Spurs at Chase Center on Saturday.
